Wow, that was just ridiculous. Funny that the cousin witness 9 didn't ever come forward ever about this supposed molestation until this case became famous. Can you say attention whore? The Jesus comparison? Really? Trayvon was far from Jesus. These are very different times and places. Jesus wore his robe and covered his head to protect his head and face from the harsh temperatures sun where he lived. It was not worn over his head at night. In these times someone dressed like Martin in a gated community would be very suspicious.

If you ever lived in Florida you would probably understand the point of not wearing a hoodie on a warm night. It can be 86 degrees even in March. Flip flops prevail in Florida. Your pic of Jesus with the Faux News clearly comes from a liberal source and looks trollish to me.

Lets not get bogged down into Zimmerman being white or not,if he was 100% black and acting in that same manner I and others would called him a self hating Uncle Tom but again it is not the gun or that it was a presumably at first "white" male that shot and killed Travyon but the fact that for 44 days he was not arrested,

Wearing a hoodie in Florida is not about bad fashion sense, it's about the fact that it is too warm and humid for it. Seeing as you are not from there I will give you that benefit of the doubt.

Edit: I was remembering the beginning of April as that's when I first heard about the case. So I checked the record of Sanford for Feb 26 and it was 64 degrees at 10:35 and humidity of 94%
It is really the humidity level in Florida that makes the difference.

Below is his 'rap' sheet...Hardly the arrest record of a 'Gang' member (a charge which is still very much up for debate).

Apparently it's because Chellew is the only white crip I have ever heard of.

It's gang related violence at that point, even if Chellew was being an idiot and acting like he was a crip. He got what was coming to him if he actually flashed blue and claimed to be a crip. Gang violence is no joke, and if he was joking with these guys, well, he was playing a deadly joke. It's unfortunate, but it's not enough to be on the level of the Martin/Zimmerman crap. There was no alleged racial profiling and no "kids being murdered by a grown man" involved.

Arrests and gang affiliation have nothing to do with it. The media and other racists along with Osama err ummm Nobama turned this into a race issue from the beginning. His mother yelled racism the moment she heard he was shot without knowing any details at all. I am like so many others that want to know why a single killing of an obvious shady character like Martin got so much media coverage and all the while whites and Hispanics all over the country are murdered by blacks. Whites being murdered just because they are white. Where I live there is a bad gang problem and one of their big initiation ordeals is to kill a white person.

Tell me why again is Joshua Chellew more important than Trayvon? Explain this to me. His murderers were immediately arrested and held without bond, Joshua was even identified at the scene. This is contrast to the night where Zimmerman was released by police, no charges were made despite the fact there was no evidence, just Zimmermans own claims, and Trayvons body was unidentifiedfor what? a day? For goodness sakes his father and his partner lived in that very same gated community and they couldn't identify him. How long did it take for police to identify Joshua Chellew I wonder, huh?

The media has more power than the military because it is able to dictate how millions of minds "react" not think. This case is disgusting, but come on. Are we going to sit up and go tit for tat. Because I sure I can shut the ATS site down from posting a gazillion posts of injustices done on any faction of the "earth family", animals and inanimate material included.

I appreciate your post, because it brings light to something that I didn't catch. But, just sit back and think about it. The way we are presently looking at it is not helping. The way this post was presented promotes division and you took a misfortune and used it as an accelerant.

Think about the media or any 'illusive' power house, they only ultimately and truly have power because of us, we are the moving parts of all of their engines. What is a military without anyone to sign up(robots,lol), or what is the media worth with a nation full of free thinkers(excluding int'l news which is rarely covered anyway).

No, it would be better if the four men who committed the crime were not arrested. If that's the case...by all means howl until the wolves come home. However, I'm pretty sure this isn't the case.

I offer you the same...find a case where the perp is black and he is released...you won't find it. The black guy will be arrested and asked questions later.

That is bull and completely racist to insinuate that people are arrested just because they are black. Ridiculous. I grew up in one of the most racially divided places on earth and have never witnessed anything of the such. I will ask you this though. What are our prisons filled with mostly?
