Church doesn't make you a sheep. It's a meeting place where brothers and sisters gather to be together and fellowship with one another and to worship our God. The preachers read the word and if any visitors come who need ministering to or regeneration, then they are attended to during service. Early Christians used to live in their churches together in a communal setting, much the same way the Levite priests would live together in the Temple when they were selected for Temple Duty..

You sound like a devout believer, I respect that. The church is not all bad. And the people for the most part are very nice. But yes, it does make you a sheep.

Somebody at that podium says "You people, you are nothing but sheep, you must hold still when we shepards come and shear you, and if we slaughter you it is only because it is our duty."

The church pays him his salary to present this message (and similar ones) to you in such a way that the congregation will nod and say 'Amen'.

Example: "You must love God. Jesus died for you, you must be willing to do the same and give your life also."

So just because you are willing to lay own your life for others unselfishly, you are a sheep? Guess that means our military is full of sheep, and our fire departments, police departments etc.

Do you know what sheep represent biblically? Innocence. I'd rather be a sheep than a goat, goats go into the desolation.

You do not see it but what you're advocating is for people to be wolves, not sheep. Takers and not givers. There's only 2 types of people in this world. Givers and Takers. Which one do you represent?

Giver or taker? That simple? Or, as Bush said "Either you're with us or you're against us". That is how simple they want you see it, how blind they want you to be.

If you run into a burning house to recue a person, you're a hero. If you die for "a cause", you die for those who benefit from the cause (and did not want to risk their own). If you join the military you are a sheep. How can sheep be innocent when you are murdering people who did not harm you (like the Vietnamese). But yes, they want you to believe that you're doing "God's work" by murdering for them.

God does NOT need you to murder for him. Do you really believe the soldiers in those (9) crusades did something good, not something bad? Or all the other wars, where soldiers go murder people who just wanted to be left alone?

Please provide a focused argument that relates to the topic, rather than your bottom line conclusion.

IMO, it is helpful if you state your evidence to allow others to come up with the same conclusion or not. Is Rothschild a 'shepard' or an 'alien'? Why not simply a smart business person? Do they control the world by using something that is mentioned in the OP?
