I didn't watch the video was looking at the zoomed and enhanced image. Doh! Even still no alligator gars in London except in zoos or aquariums, they are a semi tropical fish mainly found on the southeastern US, south America (mainly Amazon area) and I believe some regions in Africa.

I see no UFO other then the obvious we don't know what it is.

NOW if it was hovering and then took off at that speed yeah OK UFO...

Otherwise why not a bird? I see nothing out of the ordinary.

Nope. I'm pretty sure they don't fly at all, . They typically don't even jump when hooked, then tend to dive and roll. The shape in the enhanced image is just remarkably similar to the outline of am alligator gar. Makes one wonder what the hell it is. Most likely a waterfowl of some sort since that would explain the beak appearing paddle shaped.

Yeah i noticed that as it goes from one window to the next to be honest in my opinion it doesnt look to me like a bird i live in a high rise apartment and see birds fly past my window constantly and never seen something that fast

but the problem is UFO has been confused with Alien craft. Just because we don't know what it is does not make it unexplainable. Show me something that does something unnatural and I will go hmmm yeah that is weird.

Show me a dark object that moves quickly by a window without any idea of distance and I think bird...

When a Peregrine falcon is going after prey, it can go as fast as 200mph and isn't flapping its wings. London has a pretty active breeding program for these falcons. So... could it be one of the fastest birds on the planet?

well it is definately some sort of bird, or possibly a drone...? but definately not an alien ship, too close to the buildings to be very big.

To me that looks like a bird gliding by just outside the window.. in which case it wouldn't be flapping.. if it were close to the window it would indeed appear to go extremely fast... just my two cents

Motion blur can cause that appearance.. a bird gliding by quick enough would look like that on screen..

A Bird close to the window, probably gliding. You can even see it rise in trajectory as it passes the second window, probably an air current or such like.
People Must remember that fast action on digital videos, are very distorted...The camera was stationary, the object was moving at 40mph? Had the camera panned with the object, you would make out the correct shape.

This short clip is all we have to go on. Without more information, which will never come, we can't be sure about what it was. All we can do is speculate without any hope of definitive answers.

Bird? Maybe. Maybe not.
Aliens? Less likely... But maybe.
UFO? Sure, it flies and it's unidentified.

And that's about as far as we can go. Anything further, without new information, is just a guess.

bug or bird. buggidy bug bug, or birddity bird bird. that's my official answer you can go about your business now. the "speed" concerns how close the bug or bird is to the window, I'd guess fairly close.

I saw on the feed to the right of the OP video something of a Canadian cabinet member talking about UFO disclosure but LOLed when he said at
