Looks like a bird gliding at speed past the window. It doesn't look more than a few metres outside the window to me.

Is there any reason why it couldn't be a bird gliding?

Doubtful that its visiting aliens.

It seems to be moving very fast. It could be something just outside the window though, then something moving at say sixty miles per hour would seem like it was flying in respect to the buildings and also inside. It doesn't appear to be a bird. How about a small drone, do they have them over there flying around?

I dont have a clue i wouldn't thought we had drones but im sure we wouldnt be told about them anywhere im no expert on anything like this just seen and thought the best place to get information or peoples opinion is here

Looks like a bird to me, yes it is fast but birds can fly very fast. Like someone said it is close to the window.

Aye, watched the whole video, it wouldn't be flapping if it was gliding, there is a quick up down movement as it moves across shot, to me that suggests a gliding bird.

Yeah i noticed that as it goes from one window to the next to be honest in my opinion it doesnt look to me like a bird i live in a high rise apartment and see birds fly past my window constantly and never seen something that fast

im sure they fly pretty fast lol to me it looks nothing like a bird in anyway shape or form , a drone i could grasp do we have them in the UK......?

Its a bird like this one , there was a thread on it but I can't find it .... here's the video .

I saw that clip a few years ago and I thought that it was established back then that it was a bird.

Your enhancement makes it look like an alligator gar. But that definitely shouldn't be flying since it's a type of fish, and I'm pretty sure Russia doesn't even have them as they prefer warmer swampy environments, and brackish water.

This was filmed in London not Russia.
One clue to why this wasn't filmed in Russia. In the background you can see The Tower Of London.
