I know.. it's ridiculous.
They shouldn't be able to toss the charges in because the defense didn't know to argue against them.

I didn't watch all day, but did the prosecution try to bring in child abuse charges? If so did they make it in?

The irony would be that at 17 if Martin had lived and killed Zimmerman, he would have been tried as an adult.

Yeah they tried to bring in 3rd degree murder/child abuse charges, the judge said No to that. Then in his closing argument the prosecutor referred to TM as a man on multiple occasions.

If I'm correct .... 6 women. 5 white. One black.

I actually heard 6 women, don't know the races , but none are black (don't know about other minorities), 5 are mothers.

One is shot, the other person lies.
Brought a gun to a fight he started.
This prosecutor is full of #.

The prosecution keeps saying that Zimmerman lied about what happened.
But the forensic evidence supports Zimmermans statements.
The prosecution witnesses even support Zimmermans statements.
So how can the prosecution keep saying ZImmerman lied??

Lead Detective Serino already said that the little differences of his testimony
are to be expected and are not out of the norm and that Zimmerman was
'credible'.

Lol.. Pretty boy or David Wain.

Ever see David Wain in the show "Stella?"
I have seen David Wain every time that prosecutor comes up since this trial began.

It is funny how a court is where you are sworn to tell the truth, but allow the lawyers to lie.

I said before that the pretty one reminds me of Ned Ryerson. (Groundhogs Day)
His whole attitude is just like him. movieclips.com...

i have lived in my house in montana for 4 years and i barely know the street names in my neighborhood,is the state trying to say that not knowing street signs is a sign of guilt? i mean i get almost everywhere by gps these days and generally navigate by landmarks not street signs, how is the state allowed to basically lie in its closing?

Prosecutor: "He's either telling the truth, or he lied, either way he's lying"

Is this guy even thinking before he lets words come out of his mouth?

Thanks.
If that's the case I really can't see them finding him guilty. Prosecution is still pushing really hard on murder 2 during closing statements, but yesterday they pretty much conceded that whole point.

Finally we get an objection, I hope the jury is on to the pros b.s

I wish I could see what the Jurors were doing with all this. Their body language. Etc. The court reporters on the live stream sometimes say ... but I'd love to see if any of them are rolling their eyes at this guy or if they are actually paying close attention ....
