By killing them when they're 17 and on their way back from the shops? Let's face it, as FlyersFan says, it was only a matter of time before Martin got into trouble, why not just snuff him out now and save everyone the bother?

This is why the evidence about TM drug use, fighting, stolen property, and gun pics should have been introduced to dispel the myth of an innocent thug/kid BS.

Well...it was raining, no? During testimony it was also revealed that the policeman's DNA was not found on the gun, even though he handled it when Z relinquished it.

This isnt CSI where everything ties up into some neat and tidy pile. DNA just doesnt automatically jump off people and land on others, particularly when, for example, the weather is involved.

I cannot say why the DNA results were what they were, but there was evidence from TM's knuckles that support him landing blows...just not DNA evidence. Because there was no DNA evidence, even though there were 3rd party witnesses that saw TM on top of GZ, we should toss out all the evidence because there was no DNA?

Prosecutor making a very strong case against Zimmerman.

Cop wannabe Zimmerman, took the life of an innocent 17 year old young man because he thought he was a criminal.

He was beating the snot out of Zimmerman and slammed his head into the concrete repeatedly. Martin wasn't doing that to make friends, he was doing it to smash the mans head. Get real.

He didn't 'suddenly' do anything. He got into MANY fights. So many that the girl on the phone didn't get concerned when she heard Martin getting into another fight on the other end of the phone call. That's not normal, upstanding, behavior. It's violent.

He was 17!

SO WHAT? That doesn't excuse him being violent. That doesn't excuse him doing drugs. That doesn't excuse him when he tried to bash Zimmermans head in. That is what he was doing .. bashing it repeatedly against the rock. The purpose of continually bashing someones head into the cement is to squash the head. It's not exactly a friendly thing to do, ya' know?

So why is Martin's arrest that never happened more of an indictment than Zimmerman's arrest that did?

Zimmermans charges were dropped. He did nothing wrong. What part of that don't you understand? Martin was a self professed gansta and he fully admitted doing drugs and he was proud of getting into fights. MAJOR DIFFERENCE.

. But do you concede that if Zimmerman started the fight he also deserved to die?

We don't know who started the fight. Whoever did is the perp. SInce we don't know who started the fight, then it has to be 'not guilty'. It's just that simple.

I'm not sure the armed citizenship is doing a great job of preventing it elsewhere. You live in a country that has nearly as many homicides per capita as Mexico. Mexico. A country that is practically involved in a civil war.

Plastic thugs usually don't. But I guess they'll probably start considering it now.

The point is, your country is a fantastically dangerous place to live. Either this is because it's full of people who want to kill each other, or because it's full of guns, or both. Either way more guns is unlikely to be the answer.

Violent crime in US happens primarily in heavily populated urban areas. Most of those areas are gun free zones. That tells me the less guns in the hands of law abiding citizens the more violent crime against them. Let's arm the citizens of Chicago and find out....

By the way, violent crime in US has been steadily decreasing for years in US.

If this was CSI, not only would everything tie up nicely, it would have been over in about 2 days and they would have found sperm somewhere at the crime scene, as they always do.

Yeah, and almost all of the murders happen in those gun free cities! Break it down to city by city, the ones like where I live, with more guns than people, have virtually no crime. Only fake crime, like possession of [snipped]. We are offtopic anyways, done responding to this crap.

I had my concussion almost 20 years ago now and I still have ringing in my ears that I did not have before. If sucks because I have to ask people what they are saying multiple times because of this ringing.

Did the prosecutor just say if you see a black male around you should not get out of your car?
