So let me get this straight....
Trayvon Martin was walking through a gated community...George Zimmerman decides to follow him while carrying a gun with him...the 911 dispatcher advises Zimmerman not to follow but he follows trayvon anyway...the two get into a fight...a fight that could have been prevented if Zimmerman had controlled himself and not followed martin. and now Trayvon martin is dead.
How George Zimmerman can claim he killed martin in self defense is beyond me really. It was him that instigated the fight and he ended the fight by killing Martin.
I hope they lock up this POS for a long time.
pretty much my sentiments. we are entitled to our opinions, if the jury finds him not guilty on all counts so be it. if he is convicted people on this thread will probably have a panic attack.
DIdnt GZ say that TM saw his gun during the struggle and said "you gonna die tonight"? If so GZ grab his gun to save himself. And perhaps he shot to save himself and get TM off of him. Maybe he didnt shot to kill, but just to save himself. If I was fight someone and they suddenly had access to a gun and told me I was going to die I would get the gun myself and do what I need to do in order to live.

Maybe he is like me. I don't think in street names. I can't tell you the names of streets, I think in terms of landmarks. Maybe that makes me stupid, and maybe you will laugh, go ahead. I will say "Turn at the town hall", I couldn't tell you the name of the road.
Beyond reasonable doubt is the standard of evidence required to validate a criminal conviction in most adversarial legal systems.
Generally the prosecution bears the burden of proof and is required to prove their version of events to this standard. This means that the proposition being presented by the prosecution must be proven to the extent that there could be no "reasonable doubt" in the mind of a "reasonable person" that the defendant is guilty.[

Err NOOO. That is stalking and number 2 requires is for repeated following this was 1 instance.
The prosecution would have used stalking if it was applicable.edit on 11-7-2013 by Grimpachi because: (no reason given)

Without a doubt in my mind, GZ is guilty of #2. IMO, like a predator, GZ profiled, stalked and killed his prey.

"prey"? Oh man this is great.
What a great hunter GZ is, following someone ending up getting beat up only to reach for his gun in a last effort to save his life. Such a hunter.
If humanity had more hunters like GZ in the prehistoric era I doubt we'd still be a species.

According to a tweet I saw on another site, bomb threat in building across the street from where the trial is being held. Evacuations taking place.
No threat in Zimmerman building.

Yes, GZ is such a predator!
I'd be terrified if he was following me.
Apparently he wasn't very scary if a young kid turned around and B-slapped him, mounted him and dribble his head like a basket ball.

Just caught the last 2 minutes or so of the trial before they went and played on the playground. Are they changing the charges or something?
