I felt more of a connection to HH than what I have read here of late.

Padding ones info with flowing and flowering words while ignoring the heart of an inquiry does not bode well with me. This is not about choosing sides. It is about integrity.

No disrespect, but take the American Indian as an example. I don't believe they got back what they put out. Only positive thinking can allow positive people to be more susceptible and apathetic. Pretty much what religion and laws do today. What I do believe is that there should be a mental balance, remember that HH mentioned that they work upon unbalanced minds. The discussion should be about attaining this state and maintaining it no matter what the external stimulus is, aka adaptive approach.

No disrespect taken.

What I took from the information I quoted was simply that having a positive attitude does change one's perspective. It may not alter the circumstances you find yourself in, but if you have a better attitude, that can change the outcome.

Keep in mind, though, that I'd already learned this for myself. Perhaps that's why it resonated with me,...I'd already found it to be true, so therefore I give it validation.

I highly doubt HH was who he claimed to be. As others have pointed out, a psychology student well versed in certain philosophies could have written the thread. Heck, I don't even buy into the so-called "elite" that rule the world spiel that is practically scripture for many on ATS. In the end, for me, it doesn't matter.

But that's just me.

Exactly. By the way, kudos for you for realizing this. It takes a strong amount of self-reflection to be willing to indicate that we like something not because of its relationship to objective reality but because we believe its already true.

The thread got all the popularity it did - and still does, with the half a dozen people here fiercely defending it even though clearly the poster was not who they said they are - because it was telling ATS members what they wish was true. It was made to essentially "preach to the choir" as it were - Hidden Hand wrote things that he/she knew the majority of ATS users want to believe is true, and the echo chamber effect was so loud anyone in that thread who questioned it was silenced. When looking back on it I saw someone on page 1 point out what has been said here (hoax, probably by a psychology university student) and someone posted a few posts down that everyone should ignore them for questioning Hidden Hand's credentials. And of course, the post telling everyone to ignore the dissenters got 20 stars or so

To tell the truth, I was going to post a similar thread, and call it "A baseball through the window of opportunity". But alas, you beat me to it, not to make fun or insult the OP, but for the shear irritation of the so called blood-line claim.
(Of course I may be mistaken one thread for the other, because there are now two window threads!).
I am no man/woman's subject, that's insulting to me... Blood-line mud-line.

If one has information that can better or uplift humankind, then by all means share it, and set the ego aside.
Sorry if this sounds like a rant, and it is, somewhat, but remember this "Many a prince walking, and beggars riding."

i first read this thread and then linked back to the new one that caused this one.

Be glad that some people bitch about it and some just read it. its this back and forth between disbelieve and believe that sparks most of "debate" and when this debate arises the change to learn from the things said arises because you will now have multiple ways to look at the story being told.

its not about who is being right and who is being wrong its about learning from what is being said. Even if one person finds just one personal thuth in it we as a colective should be happy for this one person finding his/her thruth.
and even if this new information would make a person smile for just a minute should we also not smile because of the possitive effects it had on that one person.

Its all this fighting over who is right and who is wrong and who has the better this or better that that is what causing most or strive in this world anyway. If we both learn the same knowledge but from a different source does that make your information better then mine or can we say we know the same we just got it from a different book.
Thank the people in your live that you dont agree with and that show you certain things in other way. when you start looking at your problems from a different perspective you might find new thruths or maybe you dont. that doesnt matter just be thankfull for this person comming in your live and giving you a way to see things in a different light, from then on decide if it fits for you or not.

Unless you're practicing Black Magic, I wouldn't take anything that's he's said to heart.

Let me share some of his words of wisdom again...

Even if the Cosmic Logos himself (gods are genderless) were to come down and proceed to explain to you in your very low level of relative consciousness what "it is all about," you would be doing yourself a disservice by blindly believing his expositions.

For now, I will quickly state: Levels of deception are far more broad and intricate than even the so-called Illuminati insiders revealed.

a) Illuminati (lowest black magicians/agents/henchmen depending on their illumined rank) = ILLS
b) Black Magicians (of genuinely higher rank and of a different order than the Illuminati) = BMs
c) Cosmic Black Magicians (the highest rank in our cosmos and strictly speaking, demi-gods themselves. Yes, evil gods do exist, unfortunately, which is why our planet is so powerfully ensnared. It takes a lot more than just a few bloodlines to control mankind. Ponder on this, if you will.) = CBMs

Notice that the OP only understands dark entities. He'll even go on to tell you that they deceive each other, but we're not supposed to think that he himself has been deceived.

The Illuminati (what is known by you as bloodlines, for example, or 'the family', etc) are operating under the directive of the Left Hand path adepts (which we have now agreed to refer to as BMs).

If some of you are interested: I was on a very evil path in this present life (I would classify myself as having been more evil-willed than Hitler himself, just to throw in an infamous dictator). I do not make these statements lightly. I was on a very dark path, and I have chosen to sever all connections with that path. Consider this as a small service in payment of that debt.

For anyone who has studied demons, you'll see how easily influenced people like the OP become. They are not easily shaken off and they are full of deceit. There are probably some "half truths" in there, because like someone else stated earlier, they have to spill some truth in order to get you to believe the bigger lie.

The OP is going to have to do a hell of a lot more than "revealing the lie" to make up for evil. In fact, these demons are so deceitful, they'll lead people like the OP to believe this just so they can continue to spread their deceit. Unfortunately, the OP is most likely sharing information that he thinks is helping people, while most likely he is sucking more people into the demonic, which is exactly what these entities wanted him to do in the first place.

Hello Everyone...
Why are we reading these "Window of Opportunity" and "Hidden Hand" threads?
As someone previously quoted Mulder...."I want to believe".

Don't we all want to believe? In something?
Don't we all want to know the truth?

We have stopped trusting our parents (lol)...our teachers...our doctors...our politicians...our religious leaders...so what do we do now? We dig. We read.

We try to find truth in a world of lies. Aren't some of us here on ATS trying to find out what is real?
Ghosts, spirits, demons, Gods, aliens, chemtrails, Illuminati....what is real?
What do YOU believe....and why?

I'm with Smyleegrl here.....some things resonate with her because she has learned/experienced certain things for herself. Me too. I have learned certain 'truths' from my own experiences, not because someone else told me they were true.

Do I believe that Hidden Hand or Initiate are who/what they claim to be? Not necessarily.
Do I choose to read their threads? Yes.
Choosing to read other peoples' thoughts/opinions does not mean that I am gullible, naive or brainwashed.
It means that I am like many others....trying to sift through all the information that is thrown my way, and looking for what 'resonates' as truth to me.
Live and let live.

I have mainly one thing to say.. Don't be too uptight about dates.. I have seen plans that still are happening that were supposed to be done 7 years ago..

Plans work fine until someone else acts.

We are messing up the game.

Smiles.

Instead of always looking for what is wrong maybe just look for what is right and hold on to that.. Seems you would make quicker progress in this way.

I participated in the original Hidden Hand thread. Did I believe or subscribe to everything "he" was saying? Of course not. But it was a very interesting discussion. I have an open mind, and I'm like Mulder in a lot of ways: I'll entertain any theory as long as it has a modicum of plausibility. In the grand scheme of things what humans know about our place in the universe and reality is a grain of sand in the ocean of what we don't know. I've read a lot of stories and ideas about our origins or "creation" if you will. I'll probably read a lot more in the future.

None of the things Hidden Hand wrote about were any more fantastical or ridiculous than the things supposedly rational people believe and subscribe to on a daily basis. My thoughts about "The Truth" and reality are in line with Rufus from the Kevin Smith movie Dogma (Chris Rock's character). I have ideas not beliefs. People kill for beliefs and they die for them. With an idea you can change your mind when you receive new information.

I won't be participating in the new "Window of Opportunity" thread. ATS was a different place back when Hidden Hand made his thread. While there were plenty of skeptics, pseudo-skeptics and the like around back then they were more polite. They just stayed out of the thread and let people have their discussion on their own terms (for the most part. There are always exceptions of course.) Now? Too many forum fascists who cannot stand it if people discuss ideas they can't wrap their minds around or feel to be wrong. Or the just as odious people who feel the need to come into a thread and ridicule anyone who would dare to take part. Plus many have learned that if they make enough of a disturbance they can cause the thread to be closed. No thanks.

For some, i think it is much much more than simply 'wanting to believe'. It could possibly be better described as more of a strong desire; or an uncontrollable urge; a 'longing to believe'; a 'yearning to believe'.

Regarding the new "Window of Opportunity" thread, the OP spent more time and space dissing ATS members than he did actually providing information or answering questions, but I guess we shouldn't be surprised.

Let's look at some of his words today (and these aren't even the best)...

Dear curious ones: do you not realize that a soul is much more than its current Earthly life? Do you not know that we all were once dabblers in Black Magic, teachers/professors at a university, rapists, murderers, liars, deceivers, manipulators, evil agents (albeit unconscious ones in most cases), politicians, lawyers, doctors, witches, priests, agnostics, atheists, Muslims, Christians, Jews, heretics, inquisitors,..., in previous lives?

Yes, we all know that our souls will exceed this earthly life, but really, does anyone really believe that we ALL dabbled in Black Magic in previous lives?! NOT!

This only makes your world the poorer; oh, if only you knew, dear reader. Members of my brotherhood refuse to incarnate in this primitive society and assist you in your evolution, for this very reason! You are only harming yourselves! Why should these brothers of light incarnate into a thankless, cult-like world of appearances and glamor, and try their hand at the impossible ideal of lifting you out of the barbarian age!?

Amusing still, that another user remarked that I supposedly am a cultist. How ironic indeed.

Let me repeat this for you: Pay attention to my message, my words. Paying attention to anything else (during our time together), betrays only your own failures and impotencies in this present life, which you shall carry over in your next lives as subconscious instinct, which in turn shall readily be roused as the opportunity arises. I strongly advise you to break these destructive habits, here and now and spare yourself much suffering in future incarnations and perhaps entice some of my older and wiser brothers to sacrifice themselves by incarnating once more and trying to cultivate you lot and break the bonds your elite masters have suffocated you with hitherto. The ones currently incarnated, avoid you people like the plague. If I hadn't so much bad sowing to account for, I too would have avoided this task, dear reader.

Apparently, he never got the memo stating that helping others without a sincere heart are considered dead works. Doesn't look like the evil is leaving this one any time soon or that he's going to be able to pay back all of the evil sin debt he raked up!

For so many other beautiful and well-developed souls in this forum (in particular, this thread), who have demonstrated genuine insightfulness and a yearning for attraction (love) and a disdain for repulsion (hate), I will be answering your questions thoroughly in the coming few days. Your patience is much appreciated.

Yes, those beautiful black souls that show him love will get all his attention.

the occult is for refining the mind, and if you happen to be evil or selfish, you will go insane,
or you will become a very dangerous manipulator.

I think this thread sums up ATS in a nutshell.

People admit the poster lied, but STILL defend the message because they want to believe this complete and utter load of garbage SO BADLY that they'll lie to themselves.

Sad. Really, really sad.

To want to feel special and "in-the-know" so badly that you're willing to still believe something even after you admit it's bunk?

What's more pathetic than that?

I'm sorry, I read this entire thread and I don't see a bunch of people stating how they "believed" hidden hand.

What's more pathetic than that? Thinking you're an internet tough guy and trying to use ridicule to shut people up and shame them into silence. So, therefore you are more pathetic than that.

You clearly didn't read the thread.

Multiple posters admit that it was inaccurate and probably bunk, but they still choose to believe anyway.

How am I being "tough" or bullying anyone? LOL. I'm simply stating a fact - some people want to believe outright BS because their own reality is lacking. They have a psychological need to feel superior, to know things "sheep" don't know. They feel inferior, and stuff like this is an easy way to make themselves feel superior.

It's Psych 101.

The fact that anyone believes a shred of this story is proof that P.T. Barnum was a genius.
