I haven't either yet unfortunately. It's hard to actually listen to much with cooped up little boys running around with a big dog.

It is frigid here again today. I honestly can't tell yet what the outside temp is yet. It is 8:20 am and still too dark to even see the face of the thermometer. I really wish that it would warm up and snow a bit more to insulate all of my plant babies better. I planted blackberries this summer, but I fear that the temps have already hit lows that make their survival tenuous at best now.

I hope your day is a great one! I hope everyone here is well and happy.

Well....My training has gone out the window today....I went to go the supermarket for rice..But something happened....I ended up going into the chip shop next door and got Chips, Steak pudding mushy peas and a barmcake...Hahahahaha .....I feel like dave the bear now ....Im allowed a cheat day!!!!!!!.......Told you i was not thinking straight

Eta-- knees still feeling fine. I'm still not limping. It still blows my mind, but at the same time not, cause our bodies can be powerful at times when healing is necessary.
