Another major city has it's streets shut down by FBI and local police

This is yet another thread which is absolutely pointless and yet again the only real purpose it serves is to boost the agenda of a handful of members who think Martial Law is imminent. Just like 2012 was going to happen, Martial Law is also going to happen...Sarcasm over.

Surely if the police and other security services are not releasing details on the incident that would tell everyone (apart from the conspiracy theorists) that they are dealing with a high security/risk situation and the disclosure of such details to the media could represent a risk to the security services and the local community as well as having other repercussions - you just don't know.

I've been on ATS for a couple of years now and it never ceases to amaze me how paranoid some people really are. If Martial Law was to be brought in do you seriously think that law enforcement and the security services would be able to control millions of people? Honestly, this sort of ideology has to stop.
