I know why NASDAQ went down.
It was caused by an internal hardware/software bug in the SuperMontage system, between Euro and US systems.
Here is a snapshot of a top secret document of that part of the architecture.
I will not discuss this matter further, for obvious security and financial impact reasons. The situation is bad enough as it is.
I feel that the public is at least entitled to an explanation since the "they" aren't releasing one in a timely fashion.
It's a hard pill to swallow, so I can see why they would be reluctant.
Just remember, you heard it here first!

On a technical basis, that IMAGE ITSELF is not secret,
but the fact that the PDF file references personnel at
the Oakridge National Lab indicates high performance
computing for EXASCALE computing which HINTS that
ALREADY there are EXAFLOP capable computers in
either the DOE other secretive parts of the DOD/NSA.
See Top500.org:

NVIDIA supercomputing solutions:

AMD FirePro supercomputing solutions:

IBM Power-8 supercomputing solutions:

and the CURRENT KING OF THE HILL is the
Chinese Tianhe-2, a supercomputer developed
by China’s National University of Defense Technology,
is the world’s new No. 1 system with a performance
of 33.86 petaflop/s or 33.86 Quadrillion Floating Point
Operations Per Second!!!
---
And while 33.86 Petaflops is NOWHERE NEAR the 1000 Petaflops required
by EXASCALE computing, the documents I have just seen indicate to ME
that someone in the USA has networked together more than a few
NVIDA TESLA, AMD FIRESTREAM or IBM POWER8 processing cores
to ALREADY BE RUNNING a ONE EXAFLOP (1000 petaflops) machine.
And as a significant NOTE it only takes 100 to 200 Petaflops to run
a Whole-Brain Emulation of a Simulated Human Mind at PhD IQ-levels.
This is where the molecular-level human physiology of the human mind
is emulated in hardware and software to form an artificial neural net
that LEARNS EXACTLY like humans do!
So i SUSPECT that a MILITARY A.I. of human AND BETTER intelligence
level is ALREADY RUNNING and that it is the USA that is STILL the secret

Well that's fine and all but even if it references something factual and real my issue is his claim that it was a snap shot of a top secret document. Since it came from a website and a PDF file created for a 2009 symposium or get together for computing, it shows that once again the OP is posting stuff claiming its one thing and being found out its not.

So where to begin...
Elevators that only go it one direction......

Ok so your in this intensely compartmental security watched life. Now have you ever seen an Alien or Ufo?

As far as high performance computing goes, the only comment I have there, is that the NSA has the ability to crack (almost) any encryption, from a depth of 2048bit on down.
and they have been able to do this for at least 2 years now.

So how did you post this without them knowing?
I really want to know.

If you think they can't do it, then you are the one who is dead wrong!
Just because you don't believe in gravity, jump off a building and discover it for yourself, it exists and so is their ability to crack those encryptions.
1Angrylightbulb
How can that be a snapshot of a top secret document when I found the same document on this website click here
It seems to be from a pdf file titled DataStager: Scalable Data Staging Services for Petascale Applications
from 2009 possibly and is located on page 7 of the PDF.

Wrong ... again ... and getting colder, which means 'we' are getting closer. Soon ...
