The blackhawks dropped a team...a reporter just showed one do a touch and go on a small building.

They will catch him it wont be long, hes too dumb and has been lucky up to this point. Its obvious his older brother was telling him what to do, hes just running for it now.

I can only speak from here in the UK and even then within London but I've been involved in operational work of similar in nature and I have to say you seem to have a lot of people from many different agencies/departments involved in this, I mean a hell of a lot. I don't know federal protocol when it comes to this so this may just be standard, it just stands out from an outsider's point of view with a little experience. Don't get me wrong it could esily be to do with the threat, which if unknown is generally regarded as the highest level based on what is known at that time and that is the general procedure from local police level to international level. However, it makes me wonder whether or not they are not just after a terrorist, but testing the effectiveness of locking down cities at the same time.
