It is like a movie. There are reports on the scanner both are in custody. However, that in conflicting. Will update! Be patient!

Since the FBI and DHS are involved it seems like it could be likely, I think too early to say.

We use "signal 37" as a call for any pending information. Signal 38 is no information pending. I'm not sure if they use the same system but i figure i would throw that out there.

Not necessarily anytime explosives are found they get called it becomes federal.

Well, there were explosives, grenades and officers were warned to turn their cells off in order to not detonate. If it's not related , it's a hell of a coincidence!

Officer that engaged 2nd suspect is heading over to make a positive ID.

I happen to have a helicopter circling my house for unknown reason here in Vegas with spotlight searching for someone as this is going on. What do you think?

Not confirmed that 2 in custody. It was a question from one officer to another asking for confirmation. There was no response. (Mass State Police Scanner)
