Nope.

Why in the world would China, Russia, or any other country want the U.S. economy to collapse? If our economy goes then the rest of the world will follow. (remember the housing market crash?)

Like it or not we are the most important country on Earth.

In my travels, I came to understand that in fact non Americans are far more in-tuned on what's going on. And if I find ordinary people impressively informed, I imagine foreign governments like China and Russia are even more impressively informed.

All these topics like NATO WARS, Chemtrails, GMOs, Private Western Central Banks, Currency wars. All of these things are crystal clear to foreign governments.

All these governments will not allow Western Powers that Be, to simply defeat them.

i think that Kim & N Korea are being manipulated into attacking USA bases in SE Asia
and i highly suspect that at least a single small, tactical nuke will be lobbed on Japan ...
which will help to confuse and misdirect the issue of the Fukishima radiation/contamination on that population...

America owes trillions to many countries, many countries want to break the legs of america if there is a war on america there will be many countries who will form a collation of the willing and turn the tables on america . does anyone really think america will pay off their debts ? hell they have to borrow money to service the interest.

Even on d day in june 1944 the allies against the odds stormed and captured the beach , do not think this could not happen to you , because it probably will .

I just wonder how many people will side with their government , or if the majority will help to over throw their government when the time comes .

It sounds like your travels have brought you into contact not with foreign governments, but with foreign conspiracy theorists. The United States and North Korea cannot go to war because, technically, they have been at war for the past half century. The chief danger that North Korea's actions pose is to the military balance of power in East Asia. Kim Jun Eun's heated rhetoric is feeding into the growing Nationalist movements in South Korea and Japan. Both of these nations are strong economically, but are dependent on the United States militarily. Kim's threats could serve as a justification for both South Korea and Japan to develop their own nuclear capabilities. Both nations would be capable of developing these assets practically overnight. Throw in the tension between China and Japan over a series of uninhabitable islands, and the specter of war raises its head: not between North Korea and the US, but between China and Japan. That, and not Kim's hysterical ranting, is what has foreign policy wonks defecating bricks. (Just my two cents worth.)

hey pal...let's back up here for a minute...NK is the with one that came right out in public and said they were going to nuke America, and are actively preparing for war with SK...America has no intention of invading NK. having said that...if you stood in front of a sleeping bear and started poking it with a sharp stick, it going to wake up and kick your ass.
NK is the country that has been shipping nuke material and tech to Iran. the US, and Russia have for the last few years (under an agreement) been receiving loose nuke material and storing it safely away in their respective countries.
America, China, and Russia just want NK to calm the F down, and quit talking about, and preparing for war.

Wars are started, to plunge everyone even deeper into debt to pay for the war, then after the war to borrow more to rebuild.
When the war is over, the people have about the same as they did before the war, except the graveyards are far larger and everyone is in debt to the private bankers for the next century
N Korea might just want to be rebuilt after a little population control..
All of our super powers might just need a little ......population control

You forget to add Sanctions on North Korea for building more nukes (they now have 8-12).

While US and Russia and all the other nuclear countries tested and built THOUSANDS.

Same with Iran, we can have it, but they can't.

The same reason why the Cuban missile crisis was such an issue. Do you think China and Russia want US bases even closer to their territories? Do you think they will just stand back as the the old wounds of WWII are reopened? If a solution cannot be found where all parties are in agreement then arguments are going to break out. Russia has already demonstrated this with its military actions.

Sure, collapsing the USD is going to hurt them. But if you had gangrene in your arm would you cut it off or let it kill you?
