Oh yes! The witch, or oracle, whichever! I'd forgotten about that. That was a great scene.

Yes, and so far everything she prophesized has come true.

I started this post and erased it because it's all over the place, and I don't think I can form a coherent paragraph with all my rambling bits and snatches, so forgive bullets, please.

~First, romance. Last week, after Dany told Jon he could have the mines, as he walked away, she slowly turned her head to watch him! Well yeah that's significant! Then the comment this week about him looking at her "good heart". It's on!

~The cave drawings were impressive, and I think Dany was impressed. She'll come around.

~Troublesome: In the previews there is a meeting with the head honchos and their advisors. Tyrion was noticeably absent from that meeting. Varys was there instead. I hope she hasn't fired him.

~Jon sure turned Sansa's frown upside down when he told her she could have Winterfell in his absence. She silently acquiesced, wallowing in her new found power.

~Bronn has injured my babyboy. Did you see the way Dany looked at him? Chilling. It's personal now. She won't forget.

~A soldier told Jaime the gold had arrived in the Gates of Kings Landing. (I missed that the first time. I thought it was in that burning wagon with the runaway white horses.

~Bran is sooo freakin' creepy.

Dany took Tyrin with her to destroy the Lannister army.

You haven't met the lady with the heart of stone yet.

Worse than Cersei? If Arya is a serial killer, then Cersie is a mass murderer.

Yeah, I finally figured out what he was doing there! But this looks like it's after they get back to Dragonstone. Do you have the preview for next week handy?

Wait, here. At around 21.

Yes and no.

It's good, you need to read it.

Remember, someone just got pushed in a lake and is potentially going to get taken prisoner. Perhaps he is with Jamie and Bronn trying to get them to come over to Dany's side.

Notice in the same trailer that Cersei is talking only to Qyburn, Jamie is not present.

Actually that did cross my mind! Tyrion might have gone fishing. "Run you idiot". "Run you fool".

Tyrion has to save Jamie and Bronn. I hope Bronn gets to stick around. He's probably my favourite secondary character, in both the books and on the screen.

But he just shot Drogon and well, that might just piss Daenerys off enough to have him roasted or Drogon might just do it of his own accord.

I think someone does. Cersei has hostages and now Dany can too.

I'm kind of hoping the series doesn't progress the way I'm expecting, with Dany wiping out Cersei and then turning to the Walkers. I want to see if she and Cersei ally out of convenience, defeat the Army of the Dead and then they scheme with one of them getting finished off after.

If Dany takes Jamie hostage, maybe Cerise refuses to negotiate, so he then is the little brother who chokes her to death.
Or maybe Dany kills him when Cersi doesn't play so Tyrion kills her to avenge Jamie.

baaah i dont know

No, I think that the Walkers come before the war gets much further progressed. I think Jons statement had a real effect on Daenerys and that she will try to work something out although with Cercei, it could go either way. She just lost a large part of her army but the Golden Company looks like it is making an appearance and that may mean Cersei will have to whole up for a while.

I may have missed it but what happened to Sam's father? I didn't see Randall fall during the battlke but a lot of folks got melted.

Which means Daario could make a return appearance and follow them over.

Didn't see him but it looked like there were still a good deal of the Lannister army left surrendering in the promo.

Maybe Dany takes him captive and we have a Stockholm Syndrome situation. heh.

( Apparently I can't help myself -- I'm all about the romance tonight.)

I don't dislike Jaime anymore. Not since he lost his hand, and saved Brienne (twice) in the most clever and brave ways, and then his confession to her in that hottub - bath. I sort of have a soft spot for him now. "My name is Jaime".

But he's a killer, that's for sure. ( Thinking of Olenna, although my jury's still out on that one).

I'm sorry somehow I picture you sitting on a leather couch airing out a fine bottle of merlot with a selection of aged cheeses and seedless grapes..

Shh..

Don't ruin it...

Lol ...

Of course. And something more exotic, like, she's feeding the grapes to her pet Cheetah.

Something that has bothered me about Randall Tarly, Sam steals his family's valerian steel sword and goes to the citadel..Randall knows where Sam went and had realize right away the sword wasn't on it's rack..

Yet Randall never attempts to get it back..And now he's riding around in war without it..It seems very out of character for a hardass Like him to just let samwell keep it..

Also .. what was going on with the depth of water ..they were maybe 6 to 10 feet from shore..how the hell was it 30 feet deep or more.. seemed like he was sinking forever and the wide angle shot shows them to be several body lengths deep..

Respectfully,
