My first impression after looking at the cards was that sometimes something bad needs to happen before the good can come. Your problems at work come to mind, a little misunderstanding leads to bad relationship between you and a coworker, but it will get sorted out. (I was also getting the impression that you are either studying , or learning about something new- keep it up, it will be good for you in the future.)
The near future looks bright, full of new chances, and it urges you to get used to team work, working in harmony with other people, that might be a little weakness of yours, but it will help you in the future if you are used to dealing with a lot of people.
