I watched the video in the OP and I saw Cruz being ganged up on for questioning Feinstein on the constitutionality of the issue at hand.

While Cruz can be lauded for doing so, ultimately nothing will come of it and to comment on a previous post, we would need a hell of a lot more than 10 more Ted Cruz's in the senate to change anything.

What I saw was business as usual in the senate; slap down the dissenter and tote the party line.

Child porn and shouting fire in a crowded theater causes harm to innocent people. That is the basic foundation for common law -- causing injury to others.

Owning a gun does not harm anyone. You have to actually use the gun to cause harm.

Feinstein doesn't seem to mind the use of drones in America. All that collateral damage from drones, The potential for a Waco Style building fire in every or any American city.
