Yes, it is wrong to have a "contingency" plan for "civil unrest" that was caused by the very government "criminals" that knowingly caused it. People for the most part DO NOT want a NWO, and people apparently will be killed or jailed if they resist it.

Using OUR money to prepare for this nightmare is like making someone dig thier own grave right before you shoot them. People still have the right to legal counsil under the Patriot Act Provisions. Had people been detained under this law they would have sought representation and their cases would have been made public.

If the government simply wants to abduct people and make them disappear they wouldn't even bother passing a law giving them the right to do it.

Look at all the Gitmo cases, people arrested under the Patriot Act, and how well known many of their cases are.

Now imagine you and I are hanging out and a van pulls up and sweeps you away because your a terrorist? We are friends so don't you think I or your family would inquire as to your whereabouts?

Or contact the media if we are stonewalled? Point is, your never going to conduct mass arrests and be able to keep it silent. This isn't the Soviet Union in 1950.

Old news but it does tie it all together (emphasis on multiple layers of security and interrogation rooms in the camps).

Problem here though is that you don't know what will cause the Civil Unrest.

What if China infiltrates our society with the express purpose of causing unrest among the nation. Maybe that's what they are planning for.

Always be better to be prepared than not. As I stated, does this document tell you this is going to happen or is it just an outline?

Do they give us dates? When can we expect these mass roundups to start happening because I may have to delay my next hair appointment.

People can be detained and held without counsel under the NDAA...the Patriot Act was just "phase" one.

Perhaps your right on this point, they can't arrest everyone...if you play "nice" and agree to this "wonderful" NWO, maybe they will leave you alone, but make no mistake, life as we know it will chance for the worse for most people.

For those who choose to fight, well we have seen thier plans....I guess we will all have to search our souls on what we will do if what many of us fear will happen "goes down"....I'm almost 50 yrs. old, my child is grown...so I will fight for the young ones for whatever that is worth...if I had small children I may think differently.

It should also be noted that there is many statements of this being implimented in any OE(operational environment) where the US is the controlling or occupying force.
Very vague descripts of what detainee qualifications are though ALL detainees under this set of guidelines are to be treated as POW until a tribunal gives them a detainee status(this includes US citizens).

I have yet to find any specifics on what these organizations are using as guidlines to qualify a person for detention. Some references to enemy combatants and one reference to any spontainiously armed group which rises during occurance of US/UN invasion of unoccupied territories...
Where exactly are there any "unoccupied territories"?

Also, judging by what i have read so far there are many internation organizations involved providing logistics and material support including the red cross/crescent.

I get the feeling that we are working up to a new "moment" in our nation's history.

Very good points Rebel...the language used in this document is very ambiguous and disturbing. Would a family protecting the family home, with guns if neccessary be a group of armed "terrorists" ?

You don't need to house everyone only the first and the loudest of the dissidents - seize the "leaders" the "trouble makers", and the overly independent and the rest will soon fall into line.

A good insurgency usually only involves less than 10% of the population and most of those are in an indirect and support role - sort of providing aid and comfort. Only about 2% of a population is needed to actually be "active resisters."

Most nations have less than 1% of their populations in uniform at any given time. The US is even less .3% actually on active duty. In the US even if they call up all the Reserves and the NG and the IRR and the Retirees (assuming any answer) and they could muster maybe .5% of the population. They couldn't supply that many with arms and ammunition for 90 days of combat anyway without an Emergency War production order.

We are being set up for a one world currency and government - it will not be a democratic one or a representative one.

For those who have been posting here, but have not seen the manual it is called "internment resettlement operations" google it and download it. It is over 350 pages long. Yes on the cover it says that the manual is to be destroyed if there is a risk for it getting into the wrong hands, so much for that eh?

The scariest part of this manual if you have looked at it is that it spends most of the time focusing on veterans who have served this country to treat them as enemy combatants. However under the geneva conventions and other security risks the veterans or "enemy combatants" are to be treated in a more respectful manner than the general public. Because obviously they don't want a bunch of pissed off vets resisting. But thats going to happen regardless. But they are going to be kept separate from the general citizenry and treated differently.

Inside the manual also has blueprints for the camps themselves and also details for taking a high amount of prisoners either by rail car, airplane or helicopter.

This is quite a pipe dream to take on all of American vets who support the 2nd amendment and citizens who are gun owners, but if you have looked at the manual that is obviously who they are intended for.

In regards to that, in the manual it states that some of these US forces will be working side by side with UN and other nations.

Why is this type of information all of a sudden showing up on the internet? "Leaked" - seems a little too convenient to me.

This has all the hallmarks of a deliberate exercise in disclosure - sure fire way of smoking out the "dissidents" who will be the first to be "re-educated"

Lets look back over the past few months.........

Guns.
Ammunition buy-ups.
DHS acquisition of armoured vehicles for domestic use.
Financial instability (US dollar).
Sequester-fest.

Seems the US government is gearing up to "re-educate" some folks and given the UN appears to be involved it just reaffirms my stance that the banksters are behind it all - and that the whole planet is to be effected.

Something BIG is coming, I dunno what it is but I can feel it.

And, once again it will be fully pre-arranged by the same powers (house of Rockefeller / Rothchild / Morgan / Bilderberg / CFR etc etc) and will make 9/11 look like childs play.

This is not so much about money as it is about control and loss of freedom.

Global financial collapse/food shortage (engineered) = introduction of cashless society and RFID chip.

Refuse / resist = re-education/removal.

That's you and me btw..................

People will want the "internment camps". After the next "bubble" completely collapses, people will be begging for it. Pleading for it.

The document itself was published in 2010 and there have long been rumors of it mulling around the internet. But I think that it wasnt until recently the actual full copy of the manual was reproduced as a pdf on the internet for all to see and now that it is in the hands of many, theres no stopping it.

That and the gun control debate had not started up again until very recently, but this is something they have been quietly planning for years and years.

I doubt many vets will be volunteering themselves. Maybe those who are unprepared and could not survive a day on the land if they tried.

Problem is. not enough vets know about this yet and it needs to be spread far and wide.

Personally I think any operation that targets US military vets is a suicide mission, however there are many people in many parts of the world including the US unaware of how suicidal it would be. And those are the people who are perfect for this type of thing. Just think anyone in DHS or TSA as a perfect candidate. Plus if you pay them enough, they might attempt to try just about anything. They will be signing their own death certificate though.

Have you ever seen the TV series Jericho? This is about the closest thing in production about how this may come about. Coupled with a financial crisis and elements of Red Dawn accept many of the occupying forces will be masquerading as allies.

About the nukes though. Northcomm has been developing operations since at least around 2001 to deal with a series of dirty bomb attacks. The commanding officers will be giving orders from under ground bunkers while giving orders using a large GPS system/ map.

This has taken along time to implement but just about any vehicle owned by the Government is now monitored via GPS.

ETA: another good movie to watch is "Right at your door."
