I think its scary and I sometimes think I should read a little less into things, only brings doom and gloom.

Peacefully protesting just doesnt seem to have any real strength behind it, all these thousands of people can take to the streets, I wouldn't doubt for a second Politicians are sitting there chuckling.

Violently protesting also achieves nothing in the scale it most often plays out, but say if all those 100,000's were too put down there banners and get real angry, I could see that potentially having more effect? However when will it get to that point or will it ever?

It's interesting you said war between Greece and Turkey - I read "somewhere", I really can't remember - that WW3 would start between Greece and Turkey. I wonder if you could expound on that for those not living there - I'm in the united states.

Something is going to happen - I just hope people aren't fooled into buying into the New world order - with the criminals in the UN, running it.

What's happening in the vatican - the root of all evil, as far as I'm concerned - and jerusalem, with out criminal in chief, obozo, visiting there probably March 22nd? is well worth watching.

I sure hope people aren't going to fall for some "supernatural" bull#, thank you to project blue beam, and man-made natural disasters, also.

It's funny, when Waco happened (1993?) I was just 20 something....I really didn't see what was going on. I think that is more the norm that the average American now represents. If Waco happened today...well I think it would go radically different because people are now standing together for a government gone amuck.

grocery items have been shrinking, grocery item prices have been raising, fuel prices have been skyrocketing.. etc.. etc.. for literally years, if not the last few decades and still we've done nothing except it with a cheesy half-hearted smile, only difference now is we have the internet to cry about it STILL not doing a thing. what makes you think anyone, anywhere will lift a finger to speak up now?

as far as the violence/non-violent debate goes.. if something really did jump off and as hard as they've made life for all of us, watching every day our family members suffer.. do you think for a minute standing around holding a sign singing kumbaya could possibly achieve anything at this point? the people F'ing us don't understand anything other than violence and actually i'm not sure they understand that.. our anger is unintelligible to them they can't understand why we're angry whatsoever.

anyway.. just another reply in a topic that'll fall on deaf ears into a sea of archived html on the net.
pm me once a revolution actually gets under way and i'll be there in a new york second!! oh and the only sign i'll be dawning is one that says.. "DUCK" because i'll be armed to the hilt.

i'm not inciting i'm longing.

Yup i'm betting my money on this year also. I live in the Netherlands and things are slowly developping here like in the USA. But Spain Italy Portugal and Greece are doing real bad now financially and on the streets. It's going to be hot there real soon. We need to kick our corrupt governments out if we want positive change.

And we need to do it non-violent. Like in the movie V for Vendetta. Mass uprising marching trough the streets. Can't stop that.

"Free internet and communicatuion, free energy, hydrogen cars... "

And who are the sorry saps that will keep the lights on for me all day while I do nothing but play xbox? Who are the poor saps that will keep my internet connection up while all I do is play WoW? and Who are the poor saps that will hand me a hydrogen car that took them years to perfect, for nothing?

There is no such thing as a free lunch. When will people understand this basic concept of life on this planet? LIFE IS STRUGGLE FOR SURVIVAL. You cannot change these laws, no matter how much you try, it's a limitation imposed upon us by the almighty universe.

That said, keep trying, but try NEW ideas, not the stupid old ideas that have failed over and over and over and over and over. That's insanity.

Maybe we can try to boycott all things that feed the elite. You know, like theres the ten commandments. We can have the ten commandments to stop fueling the ruleing elites. Any ideas on what we can stop to hit them hard.

I totally agree with you.

Grillo started off as a comedian and still is - only that now he`s a political comedian.

He is digging his own grave with his obstinate urge to go against the current and to make drastic changes.

No concrete promises, no expert politcians to represent him in the government (many are young, no background and many look homeless of drug addicts).

Won`t be long before Italy will be in further and total chaos. What a joke. What else could one expect from a `joker`?

I think the OP is correct.

We are in the middle of a huge mind shift. 20 years ago people still didnt really know or care how the banks worked, our grandparents generation thought the money was all there, I even remember my dad explaining to me when I was a kid that when I deposit my money in a bank the bank uses that money to lend to other people, now we know that was wishful thinking, the banks simply make the money they lend up on screens out of nowhere.

Look at what is the top topic right now here on ATS, and it made the front page of ~AOL~ that video alone which shows who's got the money in America is enough to wake people up to the rothschilds and their cronies.

The alex jones confronts David Gergen video shows us that they ARE occult. Michael Aquino shows us that the military ARE occult.

The symbols in our media music and film shows us that they ARE occult. The 33 year old georgia guidestones show us that they DO want us dead.

WHY are they buying ammunition and military vehicles for homeland security??? BECAUSE WE ARE ALL TALKING LIKE THIS!!!! And its NOT just us on ATS, we got the ball rolling sure, we showed our parents, our friends, but then they showed their friends its SPREADING like wildfire and the only thing they can do is prepare to HOLD THEIR POSITION. ~These are the facts IMO.

People really are waking up to the fact that the 1% control the money and want the bottom 50% enslaved or dead, and now that those 50% know it, they are starting to get worried.
Troubling times ahead.

Ill explain to you how this works. You have an exponential tax system. DONE. The richer you are the more you pay. ~OF~ COURSE!!!! I mean if you had ten trillion in the bank, personal. It was just sitting there, and you owned all the stock thats right the 1% own all the stocks and shares ?AND still have trillions just sitting in the bank doing nothing.

While normal people cant even afford medical treatment.

The people with the trillion should be on 60% tax. the people with NO savings should be on 17% tax.

THAT is how it works.

Capitalism is fine, but the top !% paying no tax due to loopholes is NOT ON.

... is anyone else getting the impression that this can't possibly turn out the way we intend it ??

Whoa, 5 minutes later and I'm a bit calmer. Anyway, this is what I imagine is a possible yet radical solution. Kinda.
The easiest and most efficient method would propably be to stop pouring tax payers hard earned money into the military structure and use them in developing countries instead as it is evident that the war on terror causes more harm (if its even a war on terror and not terror through war) than good globally.
We could also decrease the amount of money being put into the war on drugs and put them to use in developing countries too. Help me, help you, help us?

Original post below;

Peace and harmony may only be achieved and maintained through a new world equilibrium, not a new world order.
When governements, banks, investors, stock holders, rich and middle class people consciously make an effort to help humanity and not only themselves in the short run and begin careing about society and humanity as a whole, by equaly dividing and investing the global economy in its proper place such as free renewable energy technology, new global social ideology with harmonious living and conscious evolution as priority, proper educational systems, ecological farming and social and structural development in all regions (this means no meat no longer buddy. I know you enjoy it but it is not sustainable and is in all honesty moraly and ethically controversial); only then shall we have peace and bring Humanity forward as one people into the future.

The direction we are headed now is the total opposite and will in the end only cause war, famine, poverty, suffering and death if not total extinction.

National borders, gender and ethnicity are illusions and our proper name for our species should in all honesty be; Huvanity.

Times are changing. Hope for the best, educate yourself and others and work out a solution without violence by speaking up against and with the world leaders.

I pray everyday for this, and I try to educate others in a manner that doesn't cause panic and violent reaction.

Peace, harmony, love and understanding is the only way forward.

The prophecy stated that russia will attack turkey but greece will be neutral.after this war russia will give greece all that once was ours. The balkans, pontos,Instanbul and the coast of turkey.
A close relative of mine works at the greek pentagon as a top naval officer (he is like a general) and he told me the Turks keep trespassing our borders time and again.
But we are really underpowered and we don't have many allies by our side. My guess is that something might happen in 2013..
Do you know any modern or ancient Greek history by the way?

I paste here my comment i wrote on this post about Grillo's movement here on ATS :

www.abovetopsecret.com...

I'm italian, and i'm living now on this...mess. For some part is a...wonderfull mess. For some part is a really terrible mess !
The Beppe Grillo's m5s (movimento 5 stelle - five stars movement) has the 25 % of votes. A lot of votes !
Here an english version of his (their ?) site :

www.beppegrillo.it...

Well, for the first time we have on parliament a lot of people who are out of corporate logics. Who specifically talks about corrution on italian politics and want to change that. And i think they are really sincere about it. A lot of young (the most) people and many women who worked for years on internet, discussing about free internet connections, new kind of energy, political partecipation of people to the national government.
So, the power is really feeling the breathe of people on his neck , in some way!

But, at the same time, almost as wrote by ZonWu on this post :

www.abovetopsecret.com...

they have not a coherent vision of what to do.

A the same time, while they talk about "direct/partecipated democracy", the structure of the movement is vertical. If someone of the elected says something that's not liked by Grillo, that person could be out of the movement.
And behind Grillo there is Gianroberto Casaleggio. An expert on marketing and communication, which tells Grillo what to do and how to do, for the most part !
Here a video in eglish about his philosophy.
Really interesting for a site like ATS !!! You must see it !!!

www.youtube.com...

I don't know. I'm really confused about all of this. But i know something big is happening.
You know, italy has been the cradle for a lot of things that later happened on other country.
From painting to music. From banks (from italian "banco" = "counter" - "work bench") to fascism !

We'll see what shall happen in the next months.

Sorry for my english

Whenever I read ... "they are banning guns" ... I know it is not worth reading any more.

NO ONE IS GOING TO BAN GUNS. You people are SO easy to manipulate. They let you fools believe this so they can control you in other ways. Sadly, WAY too many are WAY to stupid and believe this idiocy. They do NOT care if you have guns. Your guns are ZERO threat. None. nada. Zilch.

I bet I could sell half of you a bridge.

I don't see a revolution coming. There hasn't been any effective protesting of anything in the USA since the Vietnam war ignited mass protests at the Democratic Convention in Chicago in the sixties. I think Americans have been pacified with television, DVDs, and many other recreational activities to the point where no organized protesting can gather any steam. I know low income guys on the cleaning crew where I work who have big screen TV, DVD collections, and stay busy watching pro sports on TV when they aren't working. As long as they can buy fast food cheaply and pay the rent, they aren't going to protest anything.

Just look at the American population as a whole. It isn't organized. People are upset at the cost of living, but they are surviving and squeaking by on the current "no pay increases" system. They are just grumbling and complaining to each other but there is absolutely no organized opposition to anything the 1% are doing to us. Most friends and family I know are just trying very hard to adjust their personal budgets to the awful economy. Every month or so it hurts more and they just make more adjustments and cuts in personal spending. All the cuts in spending translate into what I think will be an avalanche of corporate bankruptcies sometime before 2015.

Sorry to sound so cynical, but I just don't see anything that remotely looks like pre-revolution. However, I would say that most working people are in some degree of financial difficulty. What I see coming is another Great Depression but I think it will be peaceful, except for the increase in suicides similar to what happened after the 1929 market crash.

No matter what happens, I think the elite will do just fine. They are too rich for a Great Depression to have any affect on them.

The other thing I have strongly suspected is that the banking "derivatives" problem was only an excuse to hide a worldwide money drain that was done to fund a very expensive and very secret project. Defending planet Earth against impending space alien hybrids invasion (millions of intruders) or some such wild thing the public has no idea is happening or about to happen. It's like trillions of dollars were sucked out of the world economy for some purpose governments think it's wise not to tell us about. Just a hunch, that's all.

Sometimes governments make wars to increase production, because industry for military purposes is pushing the whole economy. That gives the reasons for increased homeland security, too. I don't believe in world without wars, because of opposite interests. Even in case of one World Government, there would always be some rabel movement somewhere. That one World Government even doesn't exist, there are World Bank, IMF, United Nations, but, that is all the metter of some agreements on current day.
