P.S.

If anyone is interested in women of the five-fold ministry mentioned in Scripture, here are a couple of good examples...check out Romans 16:7 to read about Junia the Apostle and Acts 21:9 to read about the prophet daughters of Phillip.

Just thought you might be interested.

There is nothing that says Priscilla was doing the ministering.

Oh come on.

When Priscilla and Aquila heard him, they invited him to their home and explained to him the way of God more adequately.

THEY invited him to THEIR home, so therefore, THEY explained to him.

If it was just Aquila that did the explaining, the pronoun would have changed.

That is not really true. If a person goes to a church to ask the Pastor a question, it could be said that they (the church) gave them an answer since the Pastor represents more than himself. That does not make everyone in the church a pastor.

That is simply idiotic, semantic nonsense meant to bolster a weak theological position.

You claim that the Bible is the word of God, and yet you change it as you see fit -- I've seen people in your church proudly say that, and here's a shining example of it.

Not only are you rejecting the word of God, but you are besmirching the memory of a key member of the early church, simply because of your cult's Neanderthalic fear of women and their role in the spiritual lives of others.

No sense in trying, adjensen. He wouldn't have listened to you no matter what you said and he has bowed out of the conversation anyway.
