America has been robbed by a few families who are now kings.

As the Age of Oil comes to a close they will need to kill off any they deem a threat and disarm the population.

They will have to. They robbed America and most of America was too stupid to realize it.....now they are homeless and will never ever ever ever ever own 1 acre of land in their own country.

Game Over.

Actually all three Vets and I mailed a letter to the Local VA, and you are right, they do not cover the treatments, even thought we send them the studies from WHO (World Health Organization) regarding the benefits of acupuncture treating PTSD. They really didn't care, not even after all three express their experiences and improvement with acupuncture.

I decided to keep helping these Vets, so I open a non-profit for community acupuncture, dropping down the treatments to $25.00 -

I know a lot practitioners are doing the same thing, so I recommend to ask around.

second option is to find a close by acupuncture school... Don't worry most schools wont let students needle any patients until they are in their second year of the program, and they are always supervised...
but you could get treatments really cheap, sometimes they have promotions and you can get them free...

We have been trying to get the VA to at least pay the non-profit treatments of $25.00 but they are not interested...

Is really Sad...

I would say to these Veterans, Thank you for your service! firstly. And have someone else acquire weapons for you there is going to be a need for all vets to be armed in the very near future.

The VA already knows I am mathematicly disfuctional,Mrs Scout handles the finances.I already have 6 guns and only want one more for my simple collection and I'm done.
I can take the stupidity of the US government I've seen it first hand.
Whats hard to take are the progressives who are also scared and have locked in preconceived notions that villify combat arms people because of their on going war protest.Murder machines, baby killers, all the same old tired "hippy" rants, relegating us to 2 dimensional cut outs.
How I should feel shame or I am a murderer, some on this OPs post.
They can send all the letters they want( I haven't seen one either).National soverignty trumps my life and freedom.

Soon this maniacal pendulum WILL swing back and these wiffle balls will be put back in their box,I hope the Republicans get a clue and work OUTSIDE of the party lines too.
The country is in very dangerous times here I haven't seen such a mess in my lifetime, why would ANY rational thinker seek to eliminate the one thing that keeps the wolves at bay?
Our guns.

How is this "Breaking News"?

This language has been in every VA benefits letter since 1996. It has been illegal for anyone (veteran or not) to purchase or won a gun since the Brady Bill passed in 1996. Nobody comes for your guns, but if you try to buy one, and you have been determined to be mentally ill, you won't get past the background check. And if a dealer sells to you, they are in violation as well.

Its breaking news because millions of veterans and people still do not know about it and won't find out until they go in for any kind of treatment for depression or PTSD etc. ( wich I advise against.) Look into "The Emotion Code" if you are having any problems along these lines.

This started a few years ago with the Military Commissions act and there were protests and many veterans groups spoke out against it. But now that more people see the blatant attack on guns and ultimate goal of confiscation this is even more important now.

By what measure do you determine if someone is mentally ill? How about you go to another country live in a war zone for 6 months then be forced to take a psych test, will you pass after watching your friends be blown up? No you will fail, does that make you crazy...hell no.

I agree with you. If I went to another country and lived in a war zone for six months. I might well fail a psych test. Do you think psychos should be allowed to carry guns..?

So by your premise warfare injures ALL who fight and we are mentally impaired.
That being the case you will have to pay for my life as I am too dangerous to be let free.
Is your answer incarceration.segregation(that one doesn't work too well),instititionalization?
Think about things before you feel and answers are there.
It is unfortunate but our emotions are overbearing sometimes.

To All those who fought for this country:

Thank you

I am deeply embarassed by this goverments treatment of you.
For my part I give to charities to help, Wounded Warriors, not to tout my benevolence but to encourage the rest of America to reach into your pocket and help. The rest of us need to stand up for the Veterans, and help where we can! God Bless You!

A friend of mine, who also happens to be a Vietnam veteran, wrote this:

This is Dark Vader’s (Obama) push to eliminate guns. I don’t think he will be successful because too many Americans believe that the Constitution gives us a right to own guns. I think that if our political representatives would pass something like that it would end in a country wide revolution. Some states have already passed new pro gun laws to prevent Obama from succeeding. I own guns and do not support Obama’s ideas. Of course some people try to excite people with messages of doom and despair. As Ben Franklin stated “believe nothing of what you hear and half of what you see”.

I agree with him.

This breaks my heart. Get a lawyer. This is a violation of your 2nd, 4th and 5th amendment rights.

They can disarm American Vets if they want. My cats would feel safer when we take them there.

Still sane, just a bit forgetful, and my psychiatrist verifies my thought processes are quite effective in dealing with these issues.(raspberry inserted here).
If the doctors become watch dogs on non threatening patients, they abrogate their function to those who value their freedom because we are already trained to die for them if necessary.

We do try take care of our own, if you really want to make an impact, however, google Fisher House. They provide housing for families of our wounded heroes.

(That's where we volunteer)

the people who comply with these laws and commandments will be the only ones without guns. then only the bad guys will have them. The right to own guns is not to be "infringed" and there is already a crap ton of infringing with the current laws. These vets can volunteer as guards at local schools along with retired law enforcement. give them some sense of purpose in life especially after realizing how they got royally screwed by the O administration

At this time the VA is treating me just fine.I am realizing a dream of becoming a computer artist through them and my caregivers are good and attentive to me.
Without their critical care I would be dead in a week.
My Dr. told me she agrees with our assessment as well,God I thank you for that
