Brave topic OP, kudos!

You forgot to mention Wesley Snipes...he apparently got messed up in all the UCC stuff. I think the IRS didn't accept his 'bond' as payment for his taxes. Still doing time for it, if I'm correct?

You would do well to touch on Robert Menard and Mary Croft.

I find the subject absolutely fascinating as do most who come across the arguments. Although I find these people do a disservice to those who self-represent, as Justices seem increasingly wary that all self-reps are 'freeman'.

Also, I have a thing for your avvie, is she available??

Yep, those youtube links you posted go to carl miller videos. That guy is my hero. He explains the truth behind the legal system and how they use your lack of understanding the law against you. He also teaches you what different words mean that lawyers and judges will use, you think they mean one thing but they all have a actual legal definition.

As to the OP...

It's true. These people are really on edge right now.

As you can see a lot of these people are scam artists. Either that or just straight up crazy.

There are between 100,000 and a half-million Americans who believe the United States government and its court system are completely illegitimate. As a result - these Americans typically don't obey many laws, drive without drivers licenses - and don't pay taxes...and no, I'm not talking about General Electric. Instead - I'm talking about the Sovereign Citizens Movement. It's a loosely organized group of Americans from around the nation who for the most part operate under the radar. And with numerous lawsuits against police and public officials - and behavior outside our legal system - Sovereign Citizens are becoming a real thorn in the side of local, state, and federal governments. But now the state of Georgia is fighting back. Republican state Representative B.J. Pak introduced legislation to disarm Sovereign Citizens of one of their most-frequented tactics - the filing of lawsuits and liens to tie up public officials in costly legal battles.

I think it's right to assume that some of these people are indeed crazy and scam artist, but I think most just don't want to be slaves anymore ruled over by a governmental entity that has no right to tell you what to do.
Seems like most people are to afraid to even admit that this is going in all over the world, it's been that way for a very long time now.

I myself am not a freeman I'm still a slave forced to labour, but I understand the mindset of the freemen and so I find myself in difficult position,a grey-area, that I don't want to be a slave but I know I will be thrown in jail if I claim otherwise, I'm still afraid of them which of course frustrates me a bit cause I don't know what to do about it. But at least my mind is free and I suppose when enough minds are there will be freedom for all, I'll just have patiently and knowingly in my bar-less prison until the liberation comes.

Some might say "you have freedom, you can travel the world" it's not good enough, it's never good enough before I can truly say that I own my body and some entity won't come claiming taxes for my own good that they soon afterwards go toss in the fire of some useless project. I'll help my fellow man, but I won't give my labour to someone else who takes no responsibility and no accountability for it.

All of society is currently a cycle of "somebody-else-will take-care-of-it-throw-money-at-it-and-it-will-go-away- mentality" when all we have to do is take care of it ourselves, these days you even get jailed for trying to take care of anything yourself, kind of backwards don't you think?

Anyway too bad this OPPT seems to be fake, but the idea will live on and that is all that matters.

What does that have to do with anything? SS movement act like their goofy pseudo-legal ideology is going to hold up in real court. They are nuts. The anarchist fantasy that they live in is not a reality.

I have to go back and start c/p to respond directly to people, but.

1) The One People's Public Trust has a website, they have all of their so-called foreclosure documents there.
2) to the person that said some of this paperwork is free on the internet, why yes, all of the forms they use are federal forms and as such are downloadable, there are, however some unscrupulous people, charging an arm and a leg for the "knowledge" of how to fill them out "properly", there's the rub, many have tried these filings with zero success and then get told, well you didn't put this in Latin here or that colon is out of place there, and have to pay more money to learn more.

All of this being said, I wish there was a magic piece of paper that allowed me to discharge all of my debt in one swoop, it would be the greatest find since oil, but alas there isn't and we, as a nation of laws, have rules and regulations that we all must follow. As long as we keep fighting the good fight, writing our Representatives and Senators, speaking up, which is our right, against Drones, and Illegal Searches, as long as we hold to the ideals that as a country we all try to adhere to, the US Constitution, then for the most part in the end (although it may take a while) we will be successful.

There's no "political agenda" here, there's no hatred for anyone who is trying this, a lot of people aren't aware that the Uniform Commercial Code has no place in getting anyone free money, as such they have been misled. Maybe someday we will get what we all deserve, a break. A break from corrupt government bilking us at every turn, but for now, as it stands we have to work in the confines of the system, and that system has laws that most certainly are being broken by these people at The One People's Public Trust.

It has everything to with it but I on the other hand understand exactly what you mean, I don't see why you fail to see it from my viewpoint. Of course it's not going to hold in court since the U.S don't follow the constitution anymore, judges and police say they do but they really don't that's quite obvious isn't? Otherwise there would probably be 95% less statures too that would be ruled unconstitutional in some way. So well that's about it.

I don't really believe that we even need a constitution if people were just bright enough discover that they are free and not held by ink on paper which is currently the prevailing notion for who knows what reason. It however seems stupid to fight the system by it own rules, as the game is rigged, the best way is just not to play.

Your hero is in Jail for fraud.

Why? Well it's simple, he tried all of the nonsense he preaches and it didn't work, in fact the courts held him to the full letter of the law for his failure to proceed with civility.

I'm sure a lot of people don't want to see their fellow members the targets of Fraud Investigations and IRS Audits, which is the inevitable outcome of trying to file the UCC documents on the government for "their share" of the cash that was "foreclosed upon" by TOPT

And I'm even shocked at the flags. I didn't put this up for the flags, as I said when I mentioned to Crackeur that I was putting this up, it was only meant as a simple warning that this place had it's roots in the Sovereign Citizens movement that has for some time now come up with scam after scam to try and get something for nothing, a few examples are:

Accepted for Value

Lawful Money

UCC filings to put liens and the such on Government and Bank property.

In the United States, any Municipal, County, State or Federal court is empowered by the United States Constitution. That makes them de jure courts. Since they have not only the right but the ability to throw your sorry behind in jail, that makes them de facto courts as well.

I was thinking the same thing. I felt the opposition to this in other threads. Not only to the OPPT, but to the very idea of being free from the system......very strange behaviour indeed. Better the devil you know I guess.

I've always thought that the people who defend scams when they are brought in to the light are either making something from it, or have been taken in by it and are embarrassed to admit it. I've never believed in any of this and the reference to Orion is just more proof these guys are wackos. They're just trying to appeal to more and expand their consumer base. I mean, if they've swallowed the channeling, the abduction, the light workers thing, what's one more?

It's called "the social contract," and every society has one. If you do not like the one your society is founded on, you are free to seek out a society that is more to your liking. (Unless you live in North Korea, in which case you leave at your own peril.)
