You seem to be pretty devoted, so what makes you think you haven't been deceived? Religion deceives people, just not you right?

How did Adam and Eve managed to live in Eden without Illusion of Fear and Shame? They just managed with no problems. They were content. Once this illusions were introduced to them they became ashamed of their bodies, something they hadn't previously felt. Did it help them, was shame usefull somehow? Wha'ts it for? It's an illusion. It doesn't actually exists. We just think it does because we think we feel it. But it's an illusion.

Naked most likely means something on the lines of exposed, or ignorant, like a child is naked towards the sins of the world doesn't mean there is a naked child somewhere..it means they are without knowledge and unprotected.

Also, I don't see wrath in the movements, I see consequences. Such as, if we chopped down a tree, gods wrath doesn't make that tree fall..nature does, God in this instance is simply stating the fact...the tree is chopped, now you gotta deal with leaves falling, no shade, etc..

No, I don't think there was a literal tree with fruit on it. The tree is some area of the...(craft?) place they were in that they entered and realized.

And what are the highest statistics in relation to the most "followers" of the Abrahamic God? Clearly this god, Yahweh has more followers on this planet at any given time than any of all the other possible gods.

It's because man is weak that he follows a false god and the false teachings found the Bible and the church, full of empty promises and threats for this life and the next.

It's only the few that find the God that dwells within, the I AM.

Because i am in not in any religion but I love those around me and those I help and I've seen things you have no idea is out their and I was wicked man when I was non believer and all I cared was to disprove God and instead found him. know the good by their fruit and not of what they want to be seen by their fellow man but instead be loving to those who want to hurt you. Religion divides his flock and they bicker amongst them selves and steal from each other and so does governments who kill in his name. And yet there is the issue of how hypocritical the Bible is, especially when it switches from the Old to the New Testament. The Old Testament is ADAMENT against sacrifice, yet suddenly the New Testament shows a human sacrifice (of Jesus) to wash away the sins of man... This stands in line with the basic elements of what the OP is trying to say...
Honestly if God is omnipotent and giver of life and all things, then there would be no need, or want for him to have to take the life of "his son" to wash away the sins of man.
Also, God would not feel anger. Anger is FEAR and God would know no fear. That is a need of the flesh to survive and protect ourselves from harm. He would have TOTAL understanding.
Sacrifice is something a false God or idol would require. IF you are going by what the Old Testament preaches...

Yes, it is true.
Anyone and EVERYONE who is a bible believin "Christian" has been worshipping evil so to speak.
But then, so has everyone who adheres to a religion.

There is one common denominator which binds all Major religions.
One common thread which runs thru them all which is responsible for leading people astray.
This common bond is the reason why it doesn't matter to those truely in charge WHICH religion you belong to.
Only THAT you belong to one.

This is why certain secret societies don't care WHAT god you pray to, only that you have one.

The common thread is this.

ALL of them teach mankind to look outside of himself for salvation.
THat salvation can only come from a "savior".
It is disempowering to say the least.
It releives US of the cumbersome burdon of having to be responsible for our OWN salvation and makes us nothing more than sheep.

......and what do all sheep need?

Once you free yourself of the threats of violence and torture from a "god" who loves us so much and start to take matters into your own hands then you can truely be free.

Whomever this "god" of the bible is, he isn't MY god and doesn't speak for me.

You were a wicked man...you -are- a wicked man...if the only thing holding you back is belief in a deity.....

What happens if one day you realize you were being a bit irrational about your salvation and lose the faith?

Your not being a good person because you simply want to be a good person..because you want to enjoy life and have others enjoy it equally. You are in a reward hunt now for whatever it is you think you uncovered.

And incidently, if you truly didn't believe in a deity, you wouldn't be obsessed with disproving the deity..it is akin to being obsessed with disproving tooth fairys..it simply wouldn't be in your field of interest.

For me, I am not on a crusade to disprove deitys...however religion..the manmade structure, tends to barge into my personal life, and so will spend time slamming it when slammable..but deities? pass. Frankly, I don't know..there could be..or beings so powerful they might as well be called that..but none of that is my concern overall.

But

I am a good person
Because..I want to be. Not because I have to be.
And that makes me superior to any religious person whom is good only because they fear a cloudman is watching them.

Let us not forget that the Old Testament foreshadowed and framed the New, with Jesus taking the best of the best sentiments from Isaiah and Psalms, Deuteronomy, and others, to shape his completion of the Prophecies and the Great Work.

Putting that framework into place and Civilizing the people was sure not an easy task, and it may be that the faults were with man, not God.

And then let us consider the "final solution" in the form of Jesus' sacrifice and triumph, as the focal point of God's love.

Many will say that they follow him but in their hearts and in private where human eyes cannot see is where they fall. you are only counting the ones that say they believe and we both know that's not the case, some Idol worship and some take Sunday as the holy day and we both no it's Friday evening to Saturday evening. Some believers condemn and judge because they feel superior when they have power.

No, they flagged a thread that demonstrates religion may not be so clear cut as the majority simply accept.

This is ATS...religion is one of the biggest and oldest conspiracys since the dawn of mankind..you seem to be bewildered as to why its being discussed here.
If all you got on this thread is Praise Satan, then your not engaging your critical thinking.

Ops is showing there is more than one perspective here, and so it may be wise to step back from all these "sides" and either take a moment to process it, or in a more rational case, simply walk away from both sides and become masters of our own destiny verses a chessmatch for some old school rivals using us as pawns to one up each other (if your still believing in the story anyhow).

Yep, I think both Moses and Jesus said something about the I Am being god. Apparently most people can't read the obvious and figure out that the "I Am" is them.
