Like I said, this is the bleeding heart liberal welfare state. I live in Western Mass and trust me most of us are pro 2nd amendment and regaurd any laws against law biding citizens an infringement, but typical with most Monarchys the kings live in Boston and the servants live on the outskirts. Unfortunatly we have a huge Welfare population most are 2nd and 3rd generation. Ive seen this state go from a huge hi-tech industry rich area to a depressed hi crime hi welfare area and theyre building new low income houses to increase their population. Democrat,Republican it doesnt matter more welfare more taxes on whats left of the middle class. Now we are going to become criminals because of our hardware. What I find funny is Mass has a mandatory 1 year prison sentence for an unlicensed firearm . My buddy the cop tells me that this is the first thing they throw out of the court room because there is no rooms in the prisons! Now we are going to go to jail for 10yrs for having a 30round mag. I guess theyll be sending us to the FEMA camps.

I'd rather have state-wide gun laws than federal gun laws. States should be sovereign entities, if you are opposed to how your state is running things you should be able to weigh your options and move to a different state. Let the states that want gun laws have them, and let those that don't, well, don't.
