Its Space junk , we put it there and one day will have to get it back along with the many other pieces of junk that litter Earths orbit .
Unless of course it falls to Earth on its own and becomes a youtube UFO video

Images from that FTP (or the HTTP version) are only temporarily available, after some time they are deleted and have to be requested again by using a page like this one.

You can see that there's a "Request the original image file." link below the photo, and what that does is to put the original file on that FTP (or HTTP) server for everyone to see. That way they don't need to have all the images online at the same time.

I think I was once fooled by this method, some years ago.

What exactly suggests that these pictures are not simply pictures of normal space debris? There's TONS of the stuff floating around our planet.

i have read responses saying its the "black knight satellite" i have never heard of that!

most agree its space junk.

I like the idea that one of the unknown objects is a Dark Knight satellite [ Never heard about it before ]

There are only so many reasons for NASA to have an alien craft on their public website.

Example:
NASA posted it to test a future disclosure process.
Someone posted it by accident.
Someone went rouge and posted it.

Once they were out in the open, if Nasa takes them down they look guilty.
If they move them around a few times befre taking them down, maybe people will forget about them.

If all they show is junk floating in space, maybe the original pictures were taken because they did not know what they were. It cost A LOT of money to take these pictures because Time in space is expensive. They would not take photos of small junk for nothing. Since these photos have caused a lot of bad pub for Nasa, they should be wise enough not to put up photos that people will directly label "UFO".
