This guy is just exercising his right to be a dick. Let's face it. He expects no danger. He likes turning heads. Look at him. Nobody wants that guy next them in line. Total dick move.

I think this guy should have the right to own these guns. But doesn't change the fact that this is a childish dick move. What an ignorant douche.

I respect the right, just like freedom of speech, but just like free speech, some people can use it for dick moves, and this is one such case.

How is it a dick move to utilize rights afforded to you by the constitution or state law?

Because exercising rights does not guarantee non-dick-move status. Like when church goers picket funerals with signs that say "Gays go to hell". That's a free speech dick move. This guy walking around stores like a little pro-gun one man army, with his little faggoty haircut and little sissy assault rifle and sidearm screams dick move to everyone who sees him.

I think your opinion on the subject and the use of the word faggoty is a dick move...

I personally don't feel one way or the other about people owning guns or not, but I would bet that if some wacko tried to do another mass shooting at that moment, those same people who 'just wanted to get away' from that guy would suddenly become mighty glad to have him around!

Well you got some of it right but owning a gun is not just to oppose the government that may be some people s reasoning but not everyone’s. I think you are the one equating gun with strength I never said anything of the sort. If guns equaled strength then my wife would be stronger than most people out there, she carries a damn hand cannon in her purse. I do say Australia is a nanny state and taking away guns is a slippery slope in which Australia has followed suit. Someone gets hurt or they are afraid of an object and their government decides to ban such items. It should be noted that every item on that list was banned after guns were.

Honestly you seem to be the one fixated on who holds power over what or who which has equated in your mind to strength or weakness. Personally I like to target shoot and every couple years I go hunting I also reload my own ammo which is a bit of a hobby. Experimenting with different grains and weights is a bit of a science. I do conceal Carry where I have had to use it twice on a human neither time did I put myself in those situations but it was forced upon me. The idea that the world is safe is a false idea. Human beings can be the worst kind of animal and I have seen it to many times to think otherwise.

Right now I live in a fairly safe area but I move a lot I don’t usually live in one town more than a year but it comes with my job but I am not complaining. It sounds more like you are afraid of your neighbor from what you’re saying. It sounds like you don’t trust them to own guns. They must be some unstable people. My neighbors are fine but we have had problems with burglaries and there have been several home invasions in the past in my area. To me owning a gun is about as common sense as locking your doors at night. The chances of someone actually trying to break in are probably really low here but there is still a chance so I lock my doors and I have a gun. A lock only keeps an honest man honest but my gun keeps my family safe if a criminal comes knocking.

Just so you know the time I had to use my gun was because I stopped to get a pack of smokes and walked into a convenience store which was being robbed at the time it made me wish I didn’t smoke the other time I will not talk about. Human beings are only animals I was convinced of that during the first gulf war most people do not have a clue as to how vicious the people of Kuwait were attacked. The things that were done to those people could only have been done by animals.

If someone wants to call it fear or paranoia as to why I own firearms maybe they have a point but I know what I have seen in my life and I have seen how ugly humans can be so people can call it what they want when referring to people owning firearms I just call it common sense. I heard someone say if you swim with sharks you shouldn’t be surprised if you get bit well I still might get bit but I have teeth as well.

Anyway sorry for the long winded speech. My mind kind of wandered.

Where in our constitution is abortion dis-allowed...Stop thinking your beliefs and dogma apply to other people...They don't.

That's the problem with Democracy...When you run #, you make people accept whatever you want them to...So the 'crazy conspiracy theorists' who don't follow the 'lead' are the ones made to accept the rules 'you believe in'.

It's like saying since we are a majority of Christian nation, everyone who isn't Christian can just leave or die...

Get real man.

Why do you have a shirtless man with a sword on a roof in the rain as your avatar?

Why are you deflecting and straying off topic?

My avatar has no bearing whatsoever to this discussion.

Ahh people openly carrying assault rifles in public..
The perfect conservatopia..just like Rwanda or Afghanistan...good to hold our standards so high.

guys a moron. If someone wants to go nuts, guess who will be the first victim, and then the psycho will have a assault rifle instead of whatever handgun he brought.

Want to feel protected...get a concealment license and carry...want to overcompensate for lacking while being a complete political tool, strap a big gun to your back and become a giant billboard for the nra while putting people in danger.

And as I point out..that guy is death number 1 to any mass shooter...not only the biggest threat, but also a extra gun for the real fun.

If your going to have giant weapons strapped to your back, make sure you got a lookout.

The guy with a concealed weapon = far more dangerous to any psychotics than some idiot with a cartoon rifle on his back.

Nobody got robbed, raped, kidnapped, or shot within 100 feet of me that day, either. I didn't carry a gun nor did anyone else I encountered.

One could sneak up behind a police officer at a coffee shop, knock the cop out with a blunt weapon, take their gun, and shoot everyone drinking a cappuccino.

What's your point?

The fact that you even think that way is justification for the second amendment.

He may be a fool but you sound like a psychotic criminal.

Oops, i should have added..Hypothetically speaking, My Bad.....
Someone should have knocked him cold, gave him a massive wedgie and called the police...

Crime or no crime, that clown looks like a threat to me, and i dont want to hear this BS about maybe he was coming back from the range or going to the Range....if he needed something from the store the Guns should have stayed at home.....

Maybe America wont be happy until she resembles Syria or Libya or one of those godforsaken lawless tribal parts of the world were they shoot from the hip John Wayne stylee....

The Boy is a ass out playing Rambo or John McClane...he wants to walk around with a phallic symbol like that....Join the Marines, though i doubt very much he would make the grade......In Scotland he would be known as a Bawbag..

In his defense, he gave the police a heads up.

So the question begs..Why did he feel the need to let the police know what he was going to do if it was as kosher as many here would want you to believe?

I'm not deflecting, I answered you in my last post...because you didn't like the answer, you refused to acknowledge it's existence and decided to only answer half of my post, you're cherry picking.

So...you can't come up with a reason then?

Good, coz neither can I.

Not a reasonable reason anyway.

Because it's his damn constitutional right to
You don't need a reason!

Why do you have a shirtless man with a sword on a roof in the rain as your avatar?

Let me answer you again

Because it's his damn constitutional right to. You don't need a reason!

Did you understand it that time?

You asking the question of why that man chose to exercise his 2nd Amendment rights in the manner in which he did has the same bearing as me asking you why you chose your particular avatar...none. The law says he can do it, so he did it. You don't like it and you're trying to find fault in it because you don't agree with it.

If you were to ask me the question as to why I have an AR15, I will tell you the reason I have it is it's more effective at stopping a threat entering my home than a 6 shot .38 caliber revolver is. The Police know this, that's why they use them as well. I don't believe the police or anyone else for that matter should be afforded better defense against criminals than my family has.

I'm sure if someone entered your home with the intent to do harm against your family, you'd use a bat or rock or whatever you guys use to defend your family. I'm sure you'd use any force necessary up to and including lethal force to protect their lives.

So we agree that we'd both use lethal force to protect a family member if need be, the issue is you don't agree with the tool that I used to protect my family with, why?

On that note; why do the police need bazookas, AR-15's, M16's and so forth....Do they feel the need to outgun criminals with baseball bats and six-shooters?

You looked like you were preparing to drag race as you pulled out of your driveway on the way to work this morning. You looked like you were prepared to kill your family when you picked up that big knife on thanksgiving to carve the turkey.

Perception tells a lot about a person

Because people like yourself would call 911 in a panic and they'd get flooded with "man with a gun calls" , it's a courtesy call. When I go camping on my lot out of state, there's usually going to be gunfire from there... 1st thing I do when I hit town is stop by the PD and let them know I'm up for a weekend, then I invite them to stop by for lunch after we get unpacked, settled ,clean out the camping area and get the fire going.
