I don't see anything in this press release to him confessing to anything, where do you guys get this information from? He is to address the alleged doping scandal.

1. Legalize the drug use.

2. Stop paying them any money for the competitions.

Seriously, would he be riding a bicycle 100 miles a day if there was no money in it? And would we care what drugs he was doing?

If he really wants to be of service, he should donate his body to medical research so we can find out once and for all if doping causes damage.
