Thanks for this info, i have been looking to try something like this for a long time. I dont mind paying tax ,its just the exhorbatant amounts that annoy me, plus the way the government sends most of it in the wrong direction, usually to their own pockets.

Hmmm I'm in the UK and this sounds like a dream come true.
But thinking about it, it does makes sense that if a loan was lent fraudulently in the first place, then there can be no law or rule which would support a perpetrator of fraud's case. The lender doesn't have a legal leg to stand on basically because fraud is a serious crime.
I wish I'd known about this last year before my home was repo'd The mortgage company auctioned my house for less than it was worth then notified me shortly afterwards that I owe a shortfall balance of £18,000. I can only spare £8.75 a month repayments now I have no job, it will take me years to pay that back I am 55 this year so I will probably be dead before it's repaid. And bad credit forever because of it.
I wonder if I can get the shortfall wiped out?
Thanks for the info OP, will look into this today. S&F

I bet your friend who got a letter discharging her debt from Visa also got a 1099 for that amount at year end and now owes taxes on it.

I heard that you can ask for original paperwork and 7/10 times the company that has bought your debt if its in collections, wont have it. Then you dont legally have to pay it.
Is that true?

Hi and thanks for the info. I have come across such info before and all in all they seem genuine. Having a basic understanding of the banking system i can see why they work. In essence your just pleading no contract unless the bank can prove otherwise, which of course they can't.
I just can't help but think about the short and long term consequences. Ok, so not been able to get credit cards and loans for 6 years: no problem who cares you just saved a s*** load of money so can use the capital you saved.
But lets be realistic for a second... the banks/lenders know this can be done and i suspect that's part of the reason why you get on 'the black list' for credit, right?
How on earth are you going to cope for the next 2-6 years though?
* You wont be able to get a phone contract
* No Utilities company is going to touch you
* You can't pay for most flights and holidays without a credit card
Looking at the risks i'd have to say that i would rather pay up. Hesse why i never borrow more then i KNOW i can afford to pay working or otherwise.
I wish the best of luck to those who can and will do it either way.

I think it is a little odd that you need to sign up and pay a "donation" to access the form letters.

What a lot of nonsense, care to show us the Act that states the government is not allowed to access your records....
Care to tell us how you can set your business up as a Government Organisation...
And your claim "( i know in Australia OPTUS has blocked the site)" is just a lie.edit on 5-1-2013 by hellobruce because: (no reason given)
