There is still not any clear evidence to suggest the fathers were to testify in the Libor scandal. Nothing credible anyway... just some blogs and no real links with the evidence that I have seen yet.

I really hope we do not find out they are... then it will really stink with major bs!

Of course, it is only coincidental in the name...."Sandy Hook" but not the actual place as one is in NY and the other in CT....but still it is interesting.

I am looking right now for evidence of James Holmes father, not finding any is what I based my comment on.
I wasn't just trying to be a dick. I literally don't see any info and I have found multiple blogs where other people have traced down the source and it originated at a guys blog and they tried to reach him and they couldn't (email undeliverable and no real phone).

Why is it interesting?

The creators of Batman lived and worked in NYC, there is a Sandy Hook in NJ, they created Gotham City from that region of NY!

It's not coincidence, not creepy, not suspicious at all.

The creators put Sandy Hook into their story of Gotham City, Gotham is based on NY. That is why there is a place called Sandy Hook on the map in the movie.

We still need to get more data on the kid, but like the last time, with Holmes, we're not getting much on that front with regards to a possible motive (however insane), etc.

Why that school when his mother didn't even work there, and why kids?

I just have questions and am open to any info, like whether it's true that both this kid's dad and Holmes' dad were to testify at the LIBOR scandal hearings. If that's not true I want to know, and if it's true that could I repeat COULD be meaningful, anything's possible these days and I take nothing for granted.

That's all - stop it with the accusations and the attempts to moderate the discussion. You've stated your viewpoint, that's fine.

FYI - no way is that Sandy Hook, NJ. Sandy Hook is essentially a strip of sand that extends into New York Bay and is a National or State Park and does not resemble in anyway the Sandy Hook on the map in question.

No, I reject your answer because it is based in fantasy and not reality. You cannot trump facts with faith. You can believe you can fly, but the FACT of gravity will prove you wrong.

1 shooting at a batman movie, dealing with the son of a person who is to testify at libor scandal... Another shooting with the name of town in first shootings movie. And now both sons may have a father connected to libor scandal.... Both shootings took place with children involved for no apparent reason (as in why not a police station, government building , a bullies house etc ect)

It's probably just a coincidence.

That said I don't trust the wickedness on high not to make use of whatever powers and resources are available to them to bring about their agenda, so I can't help but be a little bit paranoid and things like this can give a person pause.

Instincts tell me - COINCIDENCE, that's IMHO.

That said I'm not about to start thrashing other people for thinking otherwise or for having points of view that differ from my own or that I feel are out of congruent alignment with reality, because I also know from experience that sometimes you have to go a little insane to go sane again and come out the other side of all the madness and hypocrisy.

No, my belief is based on evidence, facts, science and reason. Your belief is based on delusion, myth, legend, fantasy and the refusal of the reality as set out before you for all to see.

This is the physical world with actual realities that we can all see, you are choosing to ignore those facts and realities in favour of a delusion.

But then I guess that's the fundamental difference between a religious brain and a scientific brain. A religious brain refuses fact and reality and chooses faith. A scientific brain seeks reason and explanation and refuses outlandish belief based in nothing.
