Good, it wasn't for me.

I have stated before that I think it would be senseless for TPTB to put out clues where their next dastardly deed will be done.

Then someone replied that it has something to do with pleasing whatever demon it is that they (including Madonna) worship.

I am not big on conspiracy theories but something is not right here.
Perhaps the clues in the movies and such are left by someone on the inside who has a guilty conscience. Perhaps they leave clues in hopes someone will fine them.

Ok, if this really is a planned conspiracy, then why would 'they' plant these signs? Wouldn't that just fuel the conspiracy? It's like burying your life savings in the ground but leaving subtle clues as to where you hid it.

That's why I think it is just coincidence.

Or.. it could be neither a coincidence nor planted by the conspirators.

What if these clues are just a way of the universe working things out? Maybe since time in the universe isn't linear then signs like "Sandy Hook" in the batman movie are just vibratory resonances that takes form in one shape or another. This is similar to having a thought form that actually manifests in reality... such as driving down the road at night and having a thought that a deer will jump out in front of you and that exact event happening seconds later (this has happened to me).

Thanks for the clarification. Still think it has some other relevance such as someone who worked on the movies home, Sandy Hook being a location in a Batman comic and therefore a reference, etc.

Also, I noticed too that they were saying the rifle was in the car and they he used handguns, then they were saying everyone was shot by a rifle.

Also I have read he shot each child many times (like 8 to 10) that doesn't sound feasible. He would have to have a 5 lb duffel bag full of ammo and change clips like 7 or 8 times.

I'm always open to all information, doesn't mean I think there's a conspiracy everywhere, but we've seen what "they" can do and are willing to do, and there's no bounds to the hypocrisy involved, or the degree of evil and degradation. We saw it on 0/11, during the Iraq war, and on numerous other occasions whereby the people are considered expendible, and nothing but meat for the grinder, so forgive us for getting a little paranoid. The government, military industrial establishment, the CIA and others have committed abominable acts in the name of "national security". We're just looking around wide eyed and aware and open to considering all information, that's all.

So it wouldn't be uncommon to call this island (which is more of a peninsula with a waterway separating the tip from the mainland) "sandy hook" as it's a hook, and maybe shallow or have beaches (sand bars, beaches, etc)?

This is just such a reach and I think a lot of people get so pulled into the conspiracy mindset that they don't even see how farfetched it is.

"Sandy Hook" on the map, is the actual Staten Island, which was among the hardest hit areas of Superstorm Sandy. Coincidence?

It's on a coast. Islands tend to get hit by hurricanes.

Definitely could be.... who knows.

There is a feeling of more than a coincidence though but surely if there is some kind of cover up via government they would not think we are that stupid.

All these children killed? We will be adamant (hopefully) about doing a full investigation and if there is a cover up we will find out. Its a hope anyway.

Both of those stories come from the conspiracy world. I have never seen evidence of it, I have never seen one credible source.

Sandy Hook is a place in New Jersey, Gotham City is based on New York City. New York City is a stones throw from Sandy Hook. The creators of Batman were Bob Kane and Bill Finger, both born in New York.

New York Times journalist William Safire described Gotham City as "New York below 14th Street, from SoHo to Greenwich Village, the Bowery, Little Italy, Chinatown, and the sinister areas around the base of the Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridges."

Sandy Hook in NY sits just in NJ from NY, suiting the area shown on the map! Shocking isn't it?!

So, with just fifteen minutes of checking, I have confirmed that Gotham City was created based on the city the creators of Batman grew up in, and lived in, and that there is a place called Sandy Hook on the map there.

That didn't take long at all, but I guess reality doesn't sit well with all you folks determined to make this a massive conspiracy.

Fair enough - thank you for the info.

I was certain that it was verified with credible sources that Homles' dad was to testify, could be wrong.

It would be nice if someone had a cite for that, or for the contention that this kids dad was also to testify... we'll see I guess.
