What the hell does any of that have to do with China's recent jingoist claim of being able to do something the Soviets/Russians have had the capability of doing for decades? And Why doesn't MAD apply now like it has previously and presently with the Soviets/Russians?

if China brag something it is only commercial for sheeps... in reality they are today capable of much more then we can think of... the same Russia and US... but the problem is that Zionist's do not control all world media and not all world is thinking that US is super power, cos it is not. look at the chaos in mid. east....
