Clackamas Town center Shooting Portland, happening now.

So,

Suspect is:

Wearing a guy Fawkes mask, or Hockey mask. (Witnesses are unsure what type of mask)
Wearing Camouflage, some say body armor now...
Armed with an AR-15 Semi Automatic
Last seen in Macy's

The Oregonian's sports columnist John Canzano is inside the mall, tweeting live. Here are some of his dispatches: I am at Clackamas Town Center where panicked people are running from mall. Witness tells me shots fired. Police have established a perimeter, have weapons drawn, and are blocking exits. Multiple agencies here. Lots of very emotional people. Tough to get details but one person tells me it was an automatic weapon

Hmm this was my first thought, either way the end of this year isn't looking so bright.

As someone said above I expect too see a lot more of this as this year draws to a close.

You watch this incident bring the gun-grabbers out from their hole's, any news is good news for them when this sht goes down.

We need more people CCW 'cause criminal crazy's don't give a flying f**k about the law's and ordinances.

Not silly at all. I've wondered the same thing.

Sadly, there are some crazy's out there that will take full advantage of the date to make the most of it.

Just heard that there may be two shooters. One may be dead.

Wife has been escorted out to the parking lot by officers, she is safely outside.

good point i wonder if there is a sporting goods store in the mall? why does this always seem to happen in states with the strictist gun laws.....any news on the shooter being dead yet? all im hearing is them evacuating and asking for building plans to pass out

alls im hearing about is maps maps and more maps now releasing 20 +12 more people

Word is the mall is a "gun free" zone so this isnt really happening. Everyone move along.

Clackamas town center has a "no weapons, legal or illegal allowed" policy. Saw the sign today.

I hate malls.

Clackamas Town Center does have signs saying no guns allowed. Now, does anyone with a CHL really pay attention to those signs?

CNN not focused on it as yet. Maybe MSM has a preplan to not cover mall shootings on a live basis, as to not disrupt the nation's December shopping frenzy.
