it looks a lot like the Noway spiral! Almost identical i'd say, nice find OP!

Looks like a launch where the next stage then begins but something goes wrong with with the gyros or stabilization hardware/software.

Looking at the link provided, (tltgorod.ru), they cite vk.com/tlt_063 as thir source.
If you take a look at this, keep scrolling down, but you'll eventually get to it at the November 21st date.

People have made comments already.
Somebody cited this news commentary of another similar launch.

...and thats pretty much all you need to know. Because, yes, this UFO looks like just about every other Russian launch video.
Including this one, that somebody else on tlt_063 also cited (from last year) as another example...

I don't think anyone asked what the explanation for the spiral was? Is that the spent stage as it decelerates and begins spinning as it reenters the atmosphere?
