What sort of camera setup did you use to film this?
Also, do you know of any landmarks in that direction (football fields, casinos etc) that might be worth taking into the equation?

Thanks for uploading this video and sharing your story.
I've not seen anything like this, and I have no idea what it is. Surely it could be something mundane, but it appears very mysterious to me. What kind of light source could let off that magnitude, causing the entire cloud to pulsate like that?
I've seen ambulance / police lights in the fog. It can show up pretty well. But it doesn't pulsate like this, and fits the color-code of the lights used on the vehicles. This seems to be one color, am I correct?
Unless ten logging trucks were testing out their brake lights... I just don't knowedit on 19-11-2012 by ThinkingCap because: (no reason given)

I also disagree with the idea it was vehicles, emergency or otherwise....
There is a point in the in the video where a light can be seen just behind the tree line on the right side of the footage. (about 59 seconds in)...
Even if it is a small helocopter or plane it seems like the clouds are much too far away. I dont see any vehicle lighting up cloud tops like that...
Great catch with the video!, i have no other explanation to offeredit on 19-11-2012 by owtFsink because: (no reason given)

Interesting none the less and I am sure if there was some big emergency in that area you will hear about it from your neighbours or on the news. Please do keep us all updated on that front, as I am sure we are all rather interested in what it could be.

You live 7 miles from the 37th busiest airport in the world.
My guess is that the lights are coming from the airport.
Cool video though.edit on 19-11-2012 by olliemc84 because: (no reason given)

I don't blame you for saying it's the airport. However, I've lived here a long time and have never seen any clouds illuminate and pulse like that. I don't understand how an airport could have such an illuminating effect on the clouds like that.
