He said that in the West Bank there is no activity of the brigades who disarmed and were given pardons in the West Bank. In Fatah's official website, there is no official notice on the Tel Aviv attack, and Arabic websites are citing a brief annoucnment that says the Al-Aqsa Brigades claim responsibility and that the person who carried out the attack has escaped.
