1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. 2 Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. 3 And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light. 4 God saw that the light was good, and he separated the light from the darkness. 5 God called the light “day,” and the darkness he called “night.” And there was evening, and there was morning—the first day.
There was neither man, nor animal, birds, fishes, crabs, trees, stones, caves, ravines, grasses, nor forests; there was only the sky. The surface of the earth had not appeared. There was only the calm sea and the great expanse of the sky. There was nothing brought together, nothing which could make a noise, nor anything which might move, or tremble, or could make noise in the sky. There was nothing standing; only the calm water, the placid sea, alone and tranquil. Nothing existed. There was only immobility and silence in the darkness, in the night. Only the creator, the Maker, Tepeu, Gucumatz, the Forefathers, were in the water surrounded with light. [...] Then Tepeu and Gucumatz came together; then they conferred about life and light, what they would do so that there would be light and dawn
9 And God said, “Let the water under the sky be gathered to one place, and let dry ground appear.” And it was so. 10 God called the dry ground “land,” and the gathered waters he called “seas.” And God saw that it was good.
Let the water recede and make a void, let the earth appear and become solid; let it be done. Thus they spoke. Let there be light, let there be dawn in the sky and on the earth

Who is mocking us? A silver spoon is not part of the human creation.
Illuminati, "Dark Cabal" or whatever you want to call the people who have the real power and control on this world, and know the real truth of things and won't share the knowledge.
What knowledge are you seeking that is not shared or Out there somewhere for you to find? I'm not saying I have the knowledge I only have beleifs. When it comes down to belief only you can choose what is knowledge. Much knowledge is out there and lots of the old stuff was written metaphorically or as I like to say multi dimensionally. Much knowledge is hidden here, if you can look past the literal.
The real truth of things cannot be given to the individual, it has to be sought out and realised. The veil is in your mind. Not outside being hung up by a group hiding the knowledge. We are distracted from this knowledge by these "cabals" and give them the power to control us by consenting to it. Saying nothing about it when more control is imposed is giving consent

Not what I meant. Humanity's progress has been held back by greed and selfish desire for control, by the powerful few. I find the world to be unacceptable as it is. There is nothing I can do, personally, to change it. It would require everyone banning together. But... good luck getting even a dozen people in the same room to agree on something. This world is f***ed. It always has been. There are no dreams to realize here. Only nightmares.

How were all priests killed off if any population lived through the "Spanish Conquest"?
Some questions simply make no sense. This is a good example of a question that makes no sense.
USING YOUR LOGIC, which is all I see in your posting history, The German Leader of the Socialist Nationalist Party didn't kill all the Rabbi's of the Jewish Faith.
Neither did the Conquistador's kill all the Mayan Priests.
Another failed question.
I have not claimed that all priests were killed. The problem is that you and no one else equated killing off the priesthood to killing all people.
It is possible to kill off the majority of the elite, the rulers, the leaders, and that has happened many times in history. The conquistadors were not trying to destroy the local population. They were removing the leadership. They were replacing the existing culture with their own.
Let's face it you were completely and utterly wrong to suggest that elimination of the leadership and culture meant killing off the population.
Regardless of this, the fact is that there is very little information left from those times due to the actions of the invaders. What is left has been worked out by archaeologists over a long time. It has been a demanding job.
There are plenty of people using their heritage to sucker people into sending them money. I say bully to those con artists. Go for it and empty the wallets of the foolish.
I see the tales as being different just as the 2 creation myths in genesis are distinct. In one of those man and woman are made at the same time. In the other man is made and then woman is made at a later time.
There are two contradictory creation stories in Genesis.
