yes General Patton stated NUTS, same to most of you.

Socialism/communism/marxism/statism, you are all freaking nuts to support this mess.

Romney will win by a LANDSLIDE

If only Romney was as committed to Education reform and more affordable access to higher education... is there an ism for that?

I've been a part of a govt component that's been in existence since the late 1700's for over 42 years now. It's entire budget before Obama was $3B per year. It's now $11B per year and there is not one additional "front lines" worker delivering services to the taxpayers. The core value system of the entire govt. structure is light years beyond corrupt. Don't anyone dare pull that heart-string tugging crap with me about downsizing the fedgov means someone loses a job. I am a front-line, laborer delivering services directly and I see the worthless paper-pushers that play facebook and twitter all day that never needed to be there before.

Canadians, like most foreigners, have some kind of thing for Obama.

Think it has something with America being knocked down a notch, therefore making them feel better.

Without America and its strong moral leadership and strength, the whole world would be thrown into chaos.

Romney must win tomorrow so we can get back on track and save the world.

But you know what? Cananadians and NO ONE else that is not an American should be having a say of who should, or shouldn't win in THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA... Neither should your opinion, nor any other international opinion, change the minds of any Americans...

Just like Americans should have, and have no say whatsoever in your elections, the same can be said about elections in the U.S....

All these claims that "but the United States is too powerful a country and our opinion should matter" is nothing but a red herring, and an excuse to stick your noses where it doesn't belong...

Sorry but that is the truth.

I highly value that comment, for balance. At least you have a rational basis for your POV! In fact, you are the first person I've seen who's anti-Obama for an actual REASON, and that's great. I like that, set's my mind at ease to know that you're not all simply under the blanket of the wedge of opposition and driven by nothing but seething contempt, right at the level of the brainstem, positioned to fight against the evil Obama marxist lenninist traitorous slime and filth...

If only some of you who hold to that style of thinking wouldn't stop to seriously consider just how ludicrous you appear to the rest of the watching world who are absolutely GLUED to this election, because we know it's historic, not only for the USA but also the larger world.

wrapped in Mornons, unto the Elohim who reside on some planet near the center of the galaxy (bwahahahaha!)

You can see them just itching at the prospect of a win, and some of the looks on their faces I'm just not comfortable with to be perfectly honest.

IN truth I'm afraid for the United States, and I really AM praying for you, and for a good outcome here that's in everyone's enligftened mutual best interest and for all the right reasons - regardless of that outcome.

No they don't. Federal income taxes are only about 27% of total tax revenues. Other taxation sources, sales taxes, excise & payoll taxes are regressive, and property taxes are neutral. Should all taxes be regressive?

And what if the wealthiest 20% of people have 80% of the money?

Since when is it a crime to be rich? I've never worked for a poor man.

It isn't a crime to be rich. But when only a few are getting rich and there is a large deficit, taxes they don't pay turn into taxes that you have to pay, and you have much lower means to pay taxes than they do.

People who make money make it because their customers have money. So far, the most powerful American owners of capital have been effective in raising the incomes of non-Americans and lowering the incomes of Americans. Should we give them a bigger bonus and lower their taxes some more and raise taxes & debt on the rest?

I disagree. Our view is heard and our opinion and POV matters equally so, because the US is the leader of a very large and ever-expanding global village, of which we are all a part. It's not a red herring, it's the truth. And hey you don't have to act on it, no, everyone is of course entitled to their own personal opinion and viewpoint and I'm just offering "ours" for whatever it's worth. This is how the world is viewing it. It's like a reply for us of the 2004 RE-election, of George W. Bush. We're scared, not for us, but for YOU!

We generally believe that a vote for Obama, even if only to vote against Romney is the best vote, but the choice is certainly yours as American citizens to vote on any basis, may be it based in sound reason and logic and some deep contemplation, that's all we ask.

So if you are not an American citizen you cannot comment on what you think about American politics? Please don't think this comment has any truth to it or a person like this speaks for all of us. This site is all about different opinions and cultures. As ignorance has no borders neither does the spirit of being human and wanting a world of peace and harmony. Yes every country can have it's own values and cultures but we all live in one world. Comments and thoughts like this are one of the reasons the world is screwed today. Everyone thinks that they are individuals however their actions effect others. I welcome all thoughts if I disagree, so be it. My mind is strong enough to retain my values and opinion. If I am altered by what someone says then how strong was my convictions in the first place. That is the truth.

The PROBLEM, is Romney loses and Obama wins the Electoral College, is that half the country, and congress, will be left hating a half black man, for all the wrong reasons.

Vote white, like Chris Rock suggested. Problem solved.

Just kidding! Can't help it.

And no I'm not laughing at any of you, our dear American friends and neighbors, no, I'm only asking that you might have the "audacity" to laugh along with me at the absurdity of these historical predicaments we keep finding ourselves in, it's as if fate itself has a sense of humor.

Let the best man win!

NAM, signing off from Vancouver, Canada.

Godspeed.

Fine.

Perhaps we can meet half way....

If it's necessary to have the current Criminal-in-Chief remain, please commit to his prosecution after the election and lock the SOB up for good!

In that way, everyone wins...

How have things in my country come to this point? The answer is very simple formula.

Rupert Murdoch + (Poor Education x Poor Critical Thinking) = Masses Brainwashed

Having foreigners own highly partisan, politically motivated media is a bad idea. And Rupert owns Fox News, The Wall Street Journal, and about a thousand other media outlets that talk politics and money. He also owns influential media outlets in the UK as well. He himself was born in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. He is filthy rich, and uses his media empire to influence politics in many nations. He also owns Dow Jones & Company.

Just how big is his media empire? There is a nice Wiki article showing the list of assets owned by News Corporation, Rupert's primary company.

You seriously, seriously believe that "we foreigners" are rooting for Obama because of an evil agenda wanting to see America knocked down? So basically, we all secretly know that Obama is the Antichrist/Satan/Devil...but we tell you to vote for him regardless, while secretly laughing behind our backs how we fooled you?

Speechless ...

And to the OP...never, never, ever start a thread and comment about US politics and start it with "I am a Canadian" or whatever other nationality, for that matter. BIG, BIG mistake

It is ironic that the very same people, like you most probably, who say the United States shouldn't stick our noses on what happens in other countries are the first ones to stick your noses in our elections, and our way of life...

We ARE NOT living in any "global village", and never should be... What you are talking about is the One World Order, which sorry to say is nothing good for INDIVIDUAL FREEDOMS...

We all form a world which has many different people's with different views, opinions, and cultures. A lot of cultures clash with the way you and I think, and our way of life. Just like your way of thinking and mine clash. But people like you want to claim we all should be living in YOUR "imaginary fantastical One World Socialist/Fascist Government" claiming it would hear everyone's opinions and work "for the people", when in fact it would only work for people like you...

You are not scared for me, you are scared FOR YOU, because you want this imaginary Socialist/Fascist One World Government to be formed, and which will only work for PEOPLE LIKE YOU...

I am in no way a fan of Romney. That being said There is no way I would vote for four more years of what Obama has given us. I actually wanted Ron Paul, But that could never happen. I believe Romney will help stem the bloody hemorrhage that is our economy. But I do not think it can be saved, at least not in 4 years.

Look, it's like this if Romney gets in we may survive for four or more years. MAY. If Obama gets back in WE ARE TOAST! Almost from the word go! Obama really has an ulterior motive. If you deny that you are either on the same page as him or just ignorant to the truth.

They are both owned by Goldman Sachs. This country is in need of a revolution either way. I am just saying under Obama we are screwed out of the gate.

I don't need you to be "scared for me"... I am not a child, and neither are most Americans... We don't need you to watch for us...

People like you LOVE to look down your nose at us from your high chairs meanwhile claiming "we are only thinking for your own good"...

OP, I agree with you 1000% And I am american. And I vote. I'm horrified at how little voters actually know about romney, about romney's religion and even the republican party platform. No, people aren't voting for romney, they're voting against the black man in the white house. When pressed, none of these voters can name an obama policy that they are voting against. Oh sure, they'll spout the predicable, "obamacare" and now bengazi, but when pressed, they really don't know anything about either of these issues.

Exactly what makes you believe this?

If I'm remembering correctly, when Romney took over Massachusetts, the state had a SURPLUS in its budget. It did not take that man very long to make a serious mess of it. MA still hasn't recovered from what he did. So as I've stated elsewhere-- if you want a good preview of how "great" (
