Really? It sounds to me like it was a very delicate situation, and help did arrive:

I don't really get what the big deal is, this was a covert op gone bad -- we had a ton of locals supporting us, Marines from Tripoli brought in even. If we would have projected a bigger presence, we could have incited even more violence.

I don't see Romney doing a better job.

TPTB own the Government, they own the courts, they own the judges. So if you think that Obama will go to jail, then ask yourself this question..................."why is George W. Bush not already in jail ?" For the crimes that that grub committed and not be sitting in a jail just further proves how the "system" works. Obama will have a get-out-of-jail-free card. Lets just say its his reward for the contributing to the ongoing wars and banker bailouts.

Its great that these things get brought to our attention, but the reality is nothing will happen to Obama other than either winning the election and doing the same thing for another 4 years, or losing the election with the same thing happening, but the outraged public calling for the head of Romney, until they become distracted and move onto the next viral sensation.

For me, the core problem isn't what Obama is doing, its the very system that puts a criminal with a cause into a presidential position in the first place that needs to change. A system that allows a very small but powerful few to pre-select a President while giving the voting public the impression that it was their decision and that their votes decided the "winner". Its this that needs to change, and until it does, then its 4 more years of the same crap with the only difference being the colour of the bucket.

Jails aren't meant for the likes of Obama, they are meant for all those well underneath him. Jails are not built for top bankers that steal billions from hard working savers, they are built for people who rob a bank of a few thousand dollars with a gun. But the top bankers don't need a gun, they just need a well timed market crash and a President signing off on laws that make their criminal activities legal.

Only 5 or 10 years time will answer this, but i bet in 5 or 10 years time, Obama is not in jail, and nor will George W. Bush !

Let's count how many posts in this thread alone say "I can't believe you people are so stupid to think that voting counts" or "the president is just a puppet, it doesn't really matter" etc....

That's rather tin-hat imo.

I can believe that Bush Jr was goaded, scolded, and directed by Daddy Bush, and yeah some other Presidents were coerced into some things via blackmail or by financial obligations to special interest donors etc.. But that crap isn't happening 24/7. They don't pickup that secret telephone when it rings to receive the daily orders from the New World Order... That works in movies and fiction and perhaps paranoid minds, but not in reality.

Encouraging people not to vote or to give up trying to make a difference is exactly what we don't need right now. So just stop it.

That's exactly it. They claim they hate him and all because of his policies, but when pressed for these, they only bring up ones Bush enacted and he resigned, or policies or actions that were well into his term when done. SO yea, Bush gets a pass for being white, Obama isn't, so doesn't. ( Of course now everyone will be googling their butts off to find something he did right off that they "didn't agree with" )

Let us not forget that the Bush/Cheney admin institutionalized torture as a normal mode of operation clearly breaking multiple national and international laws, not to mention the immorality of torture, particularly sanctioned institutionalized torture. Until you guys can even raise your ire about this issue then the foundations of Western civilization don't mean that much to you so why would the laws of one of the youngest Western country matter? No clearly you didn't get what I was saying. Regardless of the video, this isn't proven 'fact' so why then is it in a Breaking News forum? I thought in order to be breaking news it had to be factual. This is an opinion based off the rants of a lunatic, regardless of what either of us believe this isn't a truth. So in those terms it does not belong in this forum and should be moved to skunk works.
