Can someone just come out and say it already? I know I'm not the only one that thinks that WE THE PEOPLE have no choice in this election. Stay home folks. A vote for Gary Johnson or writing in Ron Paul is a vote for the 2 party dictatorship. Stop playing their game. STAY. HOME.

I really have nothing else to say. This "election" is a complete joke. You have no choice.

:up

And do some research on the Red Amendment, talks about the 14th amendment section two that says that by voting you a committing crime and subject to treason, IDK if the PDF link would rub the T&C.

Instead of voting for a names of glorified individuals, voting booths should have questionnaires based on current issues and topics at that time, the voters answers will be matched to the answers from the participating political parties. The more matches the more points a party will get.

Capitalism only works when we have rational actors.

Democracy only works when we have rational voters.

I believe I'm fairly intelligent, reasoned, ect., and occasionally feel the party system sucking me in. And not to boast, but comparatively Americans are dumb, people are dumb.

We're screwed, that's not hyperbole.

I just voted for Romney because #1 it is going against my "blue state's" vote and #2 I had to complete the ballot for my votes to count on the local issues.

americans live a total of 1 day every 4 years in a democracy.

and even if you didn't vote, it doesn't matter. because theoretically, if no one in america voted, a candidate can just vote for himself and win.

to top it off, the key's for the white house run thru the republicans and the democrats.

they chose the president, not you.

the best thing you can do is not be sucked into grasp. i think people were freer when there was not television or internet, or ads or the million other things bombarded into your psyche everyday.

people are physically free, but if you're mentally enslaved what's the point.

You should come over to my house where you have a choice of menu for dinner. You can have pig feces or dog feces. Since my house is democratic, you can choose freely. Please comment on why you prefer one meal to the other. Ain't freedom great?

LOL, try living in a "Red state" for several years and then tell me if you STILL want to go "against your 'Blue state' vote. I used to think the Blue state I lived in stunk... until I tried a Red state and its NIGHT AND DAY crappy quality of life in a Red state. Its heaven for the wealthy and scraps, slavery, and no advantage for the commoner.

I was with you on the title.

Then you lost me with this:

How is voting for Ron Paul or Gary Johnson a vote for the 2 Party dictatorship? We NEED people to vote for ANYONE but Obamney so the media can no longer tell us that a 3rd Party isnt viable.

Im voting for Ron Paul but even if you dont, GET OUT THERE AND VOTE for ANYONE BUT Obamney.

Its time Americans realize that a 3rd Party is viable despite what the media wants us to think.

I would really like to write-in Ron Paul but at this point it seems rather pointless other than making a statement.

I would also like to just stay home as I think "the fix is in" and it won't make a difference.

I will vote for Gary Johnson and hope that he gets a significant percentage of the vote.

I bought the partisan BS for a long time and I quit. Both D & R assume they can say whatever they want to get elected and then proceed to do as they damn well please after the election and their partisans will automatically give them their votes. Both parties need to understand that if they do not do what we send them to Washington for then they can not count on a big pool of guaranteed partisan votes.

So the answer to the problems we face as a nation is simply STAY HOME?

Is that your answer for every problem you face in life?

How’s that working out for you? You sound to me like a disillusioned Hope & Change’er!

That is actually not a bad idea. It would keep political leaders more honest and place more of a heavy hand form the people on the direction the nation goes under an elected government. A collective consensus would be far better than the current system. Make the government strictly about the issues instead of the people actually carrying out the desired solutions. I would give full support to a move in that direction as far as voting goes.

Ya ya ya ya….they’ve been posted 600 times.

So I’ll ask you the same question as I asked the OP - how is sitting on your duff working out for you? Do you think if you and the Carlin’s of the country sit out this election somehow that’s going to teach TPTB a lesson?

You can’t win a war from your couch, General Do Nothing!

Not voting anymore! I'm done ! Isn't it the electoral college the one who decides anyway?!?

I would post the YouTube video of dunk the vote-but I'm so ignorant when it comes to computers.

What's even funnier and more idiotic is that we continue to believe that voting will actually change anything. People will say "yeah, we're going to vote them out and show them we mean business! With our votes!!" Oh yeah, that will show them! The elections are corrupted from the top down, the voting machines are rigged, the candidates are handpicked by the elites and the debates are staged and scripted. The presidential elections is just a reality show with more trash than Jersey Shore. Not much difference there. There is only one way to really change things and make a difference at this point: REVOLT.
