Yes, but do you really think he was going to use an M80, and they said, hey just use this 1000lb bomb instead. I doubt it. Although they are required to attempt to build as solid a case they can, it still goes before a judicial system that hinges on reasonability...or at least it's supposed to.

I think you are placing a great deal of faith in 12 Homer Simpsons in the Jury Box. To them? Look at this picture. He's a dark looking guy from 'somewhere over there' and came here to kill, maim and cause terror.

.....and the prosecutor will work however hard it takes to be sure the Jury is 12 of the most ignorant people he can reasonably find within the NYC jury pool, so he can confuse and convince them that easily.

Normally....defense attorney's are around to work just as hard the other way picking the Jury and things balance. In this case? Umm.. I'm guessing he didn't come with enough pocket money to still be sitting on $20-30,000 for legal fees. Hell, I hope he gets a real real good Public Defender.

From Yahoo News:

"The thing that I want to do, ask you about, is that, the thing I'm doing, it's under al-Qaida?" he was recorded saying during a meeting in bugged hotel room in Queens, according to the complaint.

(ahem)

This guy went out of his way to make SURE that he was tied to "Al-Qaida?"

"Now, just to be sure we're on the same page here, I want to be a part of something whereby I'll waive any rights and be shipped straight to Gitmo if it goes bad."

or was it more like:

"Hey I want to prop up a group of failed shoe and underwear bombers, because they're kind of a joke right now. Can you be sure to give al-Qaida the credit?"

Had to star ya Wrabbt-- except for the offsetting efforts of the defense tempered
by the state hired legal help's inclination to eventually move up the ladder. And besides
I'm lobbying for all the rails in Federal courts to be padded so the jury panel stumblers don't
crack their brain cases getting in formation... myself included. I'm really wondering if my
relapse trigger (cause for celebrating with a tall cold one or hundred or so) would be finding
a plurality of potential panelists knowing their constitutional duties, powers, and respon-
sibility before they get picked for jury duty. And that was a real low blow at Homer, bud.
And that poor fellow probably thought this act would hurt the country too. Drool much?
"We're losin' 'im, PADDLES!! Get the homespun mask while his lids are open...
Don't shoot the adrenaline until you see the whites of his eyes! " ROFLgag tears. As
almost all the rest I'm relieved the drill didn't go live; but the results are regrettably in.

Hey folks, despite the grey area surrounding this incident, my brain has a few serious logical questions I hope the members can shed some light on.

1. What does this individual stand to gain by using terrorism on the federal reserve?
2. Who spends thousands of dollars on violence without getting a return on investment **cough** 9/11 **cough**
3. If America used violence on him and his family in the past and he wants revenge, I say he's a martyr, a respectable man
and quite admirable; considering that he travelled from afar to achieve this, and there are many thousands of people america has done dirty - makes sense to me.

Hell, sounds like a great Hollywood plot, if only I thought the jews would allow a movie like this to see the light of day, hey wishful thinking.

Let's not rule out the possibility that the FBI have headhunted a fanatic propagated the attack with him, then claimed, we stopped him.

It's hardly good detective work. Reeks of entrapment.

You know, I'll leave alone the part about respectable. I'm American. He might have been a buffoon but he still had a perfectly clear intent..so there are limits to what I'd say in any positive way, personally. As I said though, I'm one of those he wouldn't be bothered by killing..so..

Now, having said that... He did pick a weird target if we're to ever believe he came up with that one all by himself. Does everyone in Bangladesh just naturally have the Federal Reserve Bank of New York pop into their minds when the name America comes up? (trying to hold back a chuckle) ...or did he just watch that Die Hard movie far FAR too many times? (That was a subway car in the movie, not a truck anyway..and umm... no gold like that either..lol)

Now that you mention it, you do really hope the Defense gets VERY curious about just who suggested such an off-beat target for this guy to focus his day dreams on. ..and as noted before, if he not only couldn't talk to anyone but the FBI, then "built" a bomb with 0 functionality and didn't even know it, he was an idiot with wild ideas until the FBI came along to turn them into real life felony crimes. How pathetic of them. Can't they go find REAL CRIMINALS?

I read last year they literally told local Police departments around here that coverage for Bank Robbery investigations might be unavailable at times. Bank Robbery...this is the FBI's bread and butter. At least it was until the high dollar, high profile world of turning big mouths into big cases for "Counter-Terrorism" came along. I swear, this is the biggest scam known to man...and this Goober is just the latest creation from nothing.

my thoughts, i can't say because the FED is as evil as they get, but to the innocent's, i am glad nothing occurred.

i think as time unfolds and more people become aware of the banking mafia we will see more of this transpiring. unfortunately we need more people with this level of balls, to actively take down the fed in a none violent way.

Innocents? Can anybody who works for these people really be deemed "innocent"?

Just another false flag?

Most FBI agents have no idea what's going on.
They're to busy compartmentalized to know the difference.
If something doesn't make sense, it's not Of sense.

Might be a good idea to inspect the columns at the Golden Gate Bridge.
Many micro-nukes went missing 'unknowticed" back when.

I understand they mean to make some folks very late for work.
Though written before on another medium, Im not so sure it was taken for what it was worth.
A commercial or navy diver could make that difference.

This false flag attack, problem, reaction, solution incident is designed to give the fed a "legitimate" excuse to raise security at these federal reserve locations. This is what they do when the globalists are scared of an awakening.

Here we go again S.O.S. different day.

So, tell me if they really stopped a bomb plot, why do they need to tell us - why put in out in the media? What purpose does it serve to tell us? We all know people get ideas from other media event crimes (bombings, high profile shooting - school or government), so it would truly be safer for everyone to keep it hush.

Why is the FBI trying to boast their own profile? Budgetary battles with other LE organizations? Or just the need to keep terrorism in the forefront and on everyone's mind so we can continue to grow the police state, keep renewing the patriot act and justify spying on everyone while crapping all over oUr civil rights keeping the sheeple drinking their Kool Aid, afraid of speaking out or complaining about lessor beings not respecting their privacy.

Though of course I'd have to see the details, but it seems like once again the FBI has created a criminal out of a weak mind, ready to be reprogrammed in which ever manner they push.

What are my thoughts? They always seem to get their man in the nick of time, nothing like a false flag #op to make your agency seem competent.

Yeah, bro, something like that!
This just stinks of propaganda... not to mention entrapment, still need more info and whether that arrives biased or not is another quandary.

This is the reason why we should EXPORT ALL MIDDLE EASTERN PEOPLE from the UsA RIGHT NOW.
These crazy bastards won't stop. If we PREVENT them from coming here as our HIGHEST PRIORITY, we
can eliminate the THREAT !

But, bleeding heart LIBERALS are going to jump on me for saying it because they DO NOT believe that they want to harm us or that its OK if they come here and harm us. My advice to you BLEEDING HEART LIBERALS is to renounce your US Citizenship and go live in the Middle East with the Terrorists and let's see how long you folks last over there.

FBI Arrests Would-Be Terrorist In Alleged Plot To Bomb NY Fed
www.forbes.com...

The New York Post and NBC-4 New York are both reporting that the FBI and NYPD arrested a man they’d led into a sting operation for allegedly attempting to blow up the New York Federal Reserve Bank building in lower Manhattan today.

According to reports, the man was arrested after he attempted to detonate a a van filled what he thought to be explosives outside the fortress-like structure on Liberty Street. The suspect had been working on the plan with FBI agents he thought to be co-conspirators for months, according to the Post report.

“This morning, after parking the van, he went to the Millennium Hotel near the World Trade Center, where he called the cell phone in the van,” according to the Post. “It did not explode, and he was arrested by federal agents.”

Another news story from Forbes. But CNN did say on tv the name of the man...it did sound middle eastern, and they also mentioned the bomb was weighing 1000 lbs.
