I really want to say that I can agree with you but due to personal experiences with people I know, I am well aware that this is not always the case... Which is sad in its own regard. The way you put it SHOULD be the way that it is always.

And by the way. This story and all the posting from ATS members is getting more and more interesting. I am glad it has moved on from personal attacks and those who don't believe the official story are showing some great proof (or atleast interesting perspectives) on the situation.

Cops will get a warrant and search a residence if they believe that a pedophile is either creating or supplying child pornography to others in a kiddy porn ring.

What can a cop do when the actual CHILD is supplying the pornography?

My guess is the cops showed up after her parents found out that there was nude photos online of their daughter. Amanda, instead of coming clean and saying that she was performing sex shows online, says that she flashed once and that the guy was then a stalked.

What could the police do if a) this girl was willingly exposing herself to men online and b) she told said men that she was older then what she really was?

I think the Anonymous link to this story is just another smoke screen to throw people off. The cops either have who they were looking for and charges wont stick or they have absolutely no idea who they are looking for.

All of this IS NOT NORMAL BEHAVIOR for a teenager. At least any teenager that I have ever met.

kids also tend to lie........ a lot especially when they can get in trouble. the smile someone mentioned she had while making that video is the same reason everyone smiles when they are getting away with something they did that's wrong.

Get over yourself man, nobody is mocking a dead person. We are discussing things and sharing our opinions here in relation to this girl and her actions and she happens to have committed suicide.

I tend to agree with many of the points he made. She did an awful lot of extremely stupid, naive, even dangerous things. People took advantage of that. Sometime that happens in life when you're not careful. Yeah. It is easy to call a dead child an idiot. Especially when the dead child hangs herself because she was tormented for doing something completely stupid. Suicide is for cowards. The only people she hurt were her parents, who as far as I can tell tried to help her. They moved towns. Changed schools. All for the benefit of this girl. Yet the selfish little twit STILL created a pity video on YouTube looking for attention. Telling people that "she has nobody" while most could care less about her because they have their own damn problems. Announcing to the world (a mean, cruel world I might ad) that she drank bleach after being beat up by the girlfriend of a boy she screwed. She should have learned after the first time that broadcasting yourself online doesn't solve your problems. In fact, it makes it worse.

And as a matter of fact, if she thought she was old enough to start fornicating with people, she shouldn't even be considered a child anymore.

You do realize that 15 year olds were regularly having children 100-200 years ago right? I doubt that they still considered themselves "children" anymore.
