I can see the balloon from my house, I believe he's almost at 60,000 feet. I've taken pictures but my camera sucks, so they might not come out. I'm surprised that we can see the balloon (and not just a bright dot, either) 90 miles away. Anyway, we're cheering him on down here on the Texas / New Mexico border.

I hope I wrong, but they quit live feed of his voice after the heater problem. They're showing inside pod shots, but no voice.

It is kind of exciting. I'm one of those people who gets dizzy from a second story window, so for somebody to jump from that height just amazes me.

The jet stream is pulling him east, actually in our direction, so I can continue to see him quite clearly. It looks just like it does on TV, only smaller, of course, but I can see a lot of detail of the balloon, like a big white comma in the sky.

Daredevils have to be funded by a corporation, so what if it's Red Bull? The point is, he's trying to break a world record. He's getting pretty close to Texas, hope he doesn't land in our field, we're not dressed for company.

they quit showing the inside of mission control too ever since the heater problem developed.

I hope he's not ate anything for a while....Breaking the sound barrier might just clear him out.

I can see like 40% of Earth live and not a UFO in sight. Where are them lil' buggers?
