Why leave somebody's eternity up for grabs based on a guess that god, himself won't even clarify. The bottom line is that "god" is either long gone from this planet and doesn't care how we live, or he doesn't exist, at least not how the bible or any other religious book suggests. The bible is a primitive human description of god and moral guidebook, nothing more. If god created everything, then he created suffering as well, so you can't not blame him for that. It's funny how folks constantly say things like "thank god" whenever something goes right, but you don't hear them thanking god or blaming him when things go wrong. To me that's hypocritical. If you can blame god for every good thing, then how could you not blame him for every bad thing?

I can't find the post that you're replying to, technical difficulties I guess, but I think I know what they mean.

There is a "new age" philosophy that matter in it's physical, fluid form is created through cosmic "vibration." The theory goes that as cosmic vibrations change, so changes our evolutionary process.

I think W would call that fuzzy math. You are attempting to extract information out of a fairy tale that was written by humans thousands of years ago who were trying to justify their existence in a world they barely understood.

Science gives us proof every day. There is zero proof of a loving god who according to some people posting on this thread has a plan. If he has a plan that suggests our lives are predetermined. If that is so, and god is responsible for all creation, this makes him responsible for Hell. So he's predetermined to send certain people to hell. This defies logic by all means. An explanation for why totally innocent children suffer with horrible diseases and die every day would be in order. And "god's mystery" is a total cop-out when you have no other explanation for the horrors of this world.

I respect your right to have faith and believe. I don't respect organized religion. Most are corrupt beyond belief and my prediction is organized religion will be the downfall of man. Humanity never learns. We've seen countless wars fought in the name of a god and over the course of centuries millions have died. We're seeing the hatred between people of two different religions about to take us to nuclear war in Iran and Israel.
