I took a Spanish class with an alien. They now speak English, but now a days thanks to Rosetta Stone any alien can learn any language in the world.

i was mostly making a joke, saying id believe in visiting ETs before the governnments cooperate without being forced to. i do think the governments would unite. after all the bankers are in control and it would be good for their profit margin.

also considering whats going on in the world and what our leaders are doing. i have to wonder if the ETs they want to fight may actualy be the ones the public should support. lol

they seem to tell us the goodthings are bad and that the badthings are good.


i do actually think ETs are here and have been for a very very long time.
but ... not sure how to say it ...... ima skeptical believer?

i try to stay grounded but open to most things.

Nothing to suggest there is any Chinese naval operation anywhere near California and every indication the Chinese are focused on their border dispute with Japan.

The story is a good laugh but I can't believe anyone is taking it seriously - unless I'm missing something here.

Note: I do believe there is a possibility that aliens might have underwater bases on the planet, and I suppose off the coast of California is as possible as any location. But I see nothing to validate this particular story.

I agree, it is just that it seems the source author does not usually perpetuation off the wall info. Funny though if you think about it, most of us think someday there will be alien contact or some huge unusual something...bu when it happens will we believe it.

Is there no way to verify this claim? I just cannot see how in any way, this could be even remotely possible. Without any sort of solid evidence of or to the contrary, this is just another story.

Doesn't appear the Navy is worried about aliens. By the way, what do you use against aliens unless they are a backward race with rockets and missiles?

If China and US are involved in joint navel exercises, I doubt it has much to do with UFO`s. I am sure that both nations have done these exercises before as part of normal military relations. When I see, hear or read anything about a connection between military and UFO`s my BS detector sounds the alarm.

Please allow me to explain why.

I believe with little doubt that all military forces work on new weapons in secret. That is common sense and sound logic. Also, from what history has taught me is that when new technology first starts to be seen by the general public, military or not, people are amazed and find it hard to believe. Yet, once that same technology becomes common place, people accept it and no longer view it as scary or strange. I am sure that there are countless UFO`s sightings which were nothing more than some military force testing out new technology. In the case of China and US in a joint military exercise I highly doubt they are testing new technology together or fighting with aliens from another planet. Most likely they are testing each other`s current systems to be prepared to uphold some international agreement.

Besides, if beings from another planet did come to earth it must be assumed are more advanced than us. It would illogical for them waste their working with any military force or government in secret in planet earth. We would look like cavemen to them. They would either laugh at us or be very curious about us. Attack us and enslave us...maybe but what could get from us other than raw resources.

I am not saying there are no other intelligent life in the universe because the odds are very much in favor of the opposite. What I am saying is that advanced beings from another planet would not waste their playing around with military forces on earth.

If there was a UFO / Alien threat they would hit Washington, New York or Los Angeles; not a patch of Ocean off San Francisco. This is what made me sit up and take notice too. There was an eerily similar comment made from ATS member MaxBlack in 2010. A small snippet--

Believe me...this is NOT TRUE! U.S. and Chinese Naval Units battling it out with E.T. Craft! LOL!

First of all...in every single documented...and undocumented...U.S. Aircraft attempt at intercepting an Alien Craft...we have FAILED MISERABLY! They PLAY WITH US! Their Craft can move at speeds that defy the Laws of Physics and in many instances...our Fighter Pilots find that their entire electronic systems of their Fighters have been just TURNED OFF!

Actually Gordon Duff is extremely reliable, deep into the intelligence community, a huge voice for veterans, free speech and reporting, and is senior editor of a terrific news site. I don't always agree with everything he writes, but he is by no means a flake. That is why I took note of this story. For Duff to say this may well be "an extremely dangerous situation," well, you gotta take note if you follow Duff or Veterans Today.

Also, he has posted an update:

I have had one implied threat, which is almost laughable as I am a board member of a multinational defense firm larger than most armies. I have also had several contacts of a very suspicious nature, had one verified Homeland Security computer attack which the software the DOD supplied me with caught, quite embarrassing also. Then, yesterday, Press TV in Iran called on my wife’s mobile. It flashed US Government for a second. It seems DHS’s bugging capability crashed. If they hire us, I am sure we can fix that for them.

So I guess his story rattled a few cages.

Lots of threats this week. Kerry Cassidy was also threatened for posting reports of these ships. Now Duff. And Alex Jones was threatened this week for wanting to bring on Steve Pieczenik again. He had to pull Pieczenik from the show the same day.

I'm surprised that this thread hasn't seen more exploration of previous material written by Gordon Duff (the author of the article at the link in OP). When evaluating the credibility of his current statements, his previous material is highly relevant - and illuminating.

Yep. See, I never would have posted this story if I'd seen anywhere else but VT. I've read his other UFO posts/disclosures. Gordon is dialed in to some serious info. Here's another thing: he also exposes, in other posts/comments, how many disinformation agents there are in the UFO community, so when Gordon speaks, cages get rattled. I see some of that in this thread ^^ so, yes, Gordon is onto something here. The reaction from those "in the know" confirms that. Now we will just have to wait and see..

I take it that, as I urged others to do above, you've already looked at his previous stories (the content of some of which has been discussed on ATS in the past, in threads that have been moved to the HOAX bin).

Good questions and good points, except for the initial question which has the assumption of interstellar travel and overly-advanced weaponry. But I'll set that aside.

No. It is believed by many that whoever has UFO-like technology here on Earth are planning to get people concerned about a possible alien invasion DELIBERATELY.

There are all kinds of potential reasons for this. Decades ago, even Ronald Reagan in a well-known speech suggested that humans might come together if facing a potential alien threat.

We should know by now that many decisions from many governments are about power, control, wealth, etc. To avoid our natural suspicion of this, they would want to have some seemingly-good reason for more military, more technology, more power, more human-tracking, etc.

IF China was brought into this, why would that be?

I can think of some reasons. Maybe China has UFO-like technology too. Or maybe, they don't.

UFOs have appeared in seemingly strange areas, even apparently affecting nuclear silos and military vehicles and craft. To me, this could speak of some intelligence saying: "We can disable your stuff whenever we want to. So give us some respect. And listen up...".

On the other hand, as I suggested above, it could simply be some craft from Earth, looking like an alien craft, for a purpose of preparing people and governments to believe that there may be a potential alien threat, one which demands major changes in power.
