Thats exactly what I go through, I wish there was a technical name for it.

There seemed to be alot of people on health websites that have this issue but there is no direct answer for it.

After posting that reply, I went on a search, and found no medical terminology that describes this phenomena. Perhaps you should start an online support group? I wish you the best.
