Clinton gave the better speech. Clinton makes Obama look like an amateur.

I actually think this is a spin. They really didn't want God in that document. It's called "Having your cake, and eating it too." You mention something that you know won't happen, and then back away from it. Thus, you seem like a guy who supports the thing you really don't care about. Great politics. Nice trick.

Also, why are all people who's for small government also for that government should perform religious services for people? I'm actually starting to believe that there is something in the theory that libertarianism has been hijacked. Religious functions is something people are perfectly capable of sorting out themselves. I even think that politicians actually makes practicing religion harder. You don't ask compulsive liars to tell you the truth about the universe.

You shouldn't make assumptions.

My point was, you don't exactly come off as enlightened when you admit to getting your news from Sean Hannity, part of one of the biggest divide-and-conquer disinfo organizations on Earth.

Nobody cares about the Democrats and their God references but a bunch of disillusioned fools still reading the ramblings of bronze age sheepherders and people who look for a conspiracy under every rock.
