Not sure it's a good idea to use the term "Death Penalty" in the same sentence as "Civilisation". The US admin has to take the moral high ground and lead by example.

you got it koka. i actually think we're tripping over ourselves. saddam is a product of the US's past, and coincidentally, so is osama... all these apparent problems that are fed to us will never be solved unless we cut at the root. the weapon of choice: sword or pen??
