Usually I just lurk ATS on occasion for morbid personal amusement - it's like watching a horrific trainwreck (which the Obama regime orchestrated because aliens in the Cherokee ruins beneath the tracks) - but this thread is just downright offensive on so many different levels.

Do you people have even the vaguest idea what fact-checking is? Did it occur to a single one of you to do so much as a two-second Google search on the circumstances surrounding her death?

Many members already posted that info and discussed that info so I am fairly certain that rant means you didn't really read all the posts.

Regarding the victim of the Aurora shooting who had a close call in Toronto only a month before, I was also intrigued by this and followed up on the story a bit to find out some more about it. Ms Ghawi's situation at the Toronto mall was a gang-related shooting and the shooter had been stabbed a month before the incident and discovered as he lay bleeding and dying by a very kind man. www.theglobeandmail.com... I just find the trail of human connection to be fascinating and wonder what other fates are similarly connected in events such as this.

Well, for one thing, it was quoted tha"Jenny and 'her friend' decided to take a boat out onto a lake".(HER FRIEND=singular).
Earlier in the text, it said that Jenny "died while swimming with friends".....that is: friendS, = plural.

Don't you see anything suspicious in this kind of reporting?

If not, you are the one who are the most offensive in your commenting on a report that obviously lacks the fact-checking that you so vehemently request from other posters.

Why don't you do some fact checking yourself, before you spew your bad language on this forum?

You're not always on your board though. I get what you're saying, I myself never met someone that couldn't really swim want to surf in the ocean though... seems strange to me!

Outside of the conspiracy angle I have a strong feeling we will hear soon she was drinking and hit her head.

In your world, there are no such thing as accidents. However, in the real world, accidents happen surprisingly often.

If I had to guess, I'd say that she pieced something together from the various accounts of the victims she spoke to and went to the wrong people with it.

If alcohol were involved, maybe the friend was too drunk to remember? Wonder what kind of boat it was, who the friend was, etc but the whole Aurora thing has a foul smell.

If I had to speculate based on the premise that this death was actually a murder, I'd say she was shot by a sniper on the shore with a tranq dart. She'd surely pull the dart out before the drug took effect leaving it to look like a simple drowning. I'd certainly be interested in seeing a toxicology report if there was one. Like I said though, this is pure speculation.

The unfortunate thing about the conspiracy angle is, if it's true, who knows how many people and how much influence would be trying to cover it up. What we hear in the media and even the toxicology results could be false reporting... hypothetically.

What did Jenny see? Perhaps she knows quite a bit. The dead don't tell tales.
This whole thing gets stinkier the further it goes.
