I agree totally,its a disgrace to abuse victims.What the hell is wrong with some people. I have seen many people that were drunks and heroin addicts from my city,a generation before me in age who were in these industrial schools and abused,they get out their lifes are in ruins,they have a life of substance abuse from then on in untill they got pay offs,after they get the pay off they end up killing themselfs with the money from habbits.very sad they just never get it back together.
