Peter did not say that ALL was being fulfilled. He only pointed out that there was an outpouring of the HOLY SPIRIT. He never said that Jesus came to them in a cloud. Do you understand the difference between the Holy Spirit and Jesus?

Interpretations

Maybe you keep overlooking all of the verses in the Bible where it says that all will actually SEE Jesus at his second coming.

Think of the story of Lazarus' sister telling Jesus, “I know that he will come back to life again in the resurrection at the last day.” Paul describes this Last Day in 1 Thessalonians 4

For the Lord himself will come down from heaven . . .

So whenever the last day is, as in maybe the end of the world, everyone will see Jesus because he will arrive in person to bodily resurrect people, and also understood back then, that was part of this event, was a judgment that would also provide an opportunity to stand before whatever deity (most likely, Jesus himself) was presiding over it.

Please explain how the fall of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. was the end of tribulation that the world would never be able to match or see again.

This is your interpretation, that it is the end of tribulation. It implies there will be other tribulations by saying it would be greater than any previous tribulations and any that come later.

For those who are believers, can you cite, extrapolate and inform us with your personal opinions without reaching for an alternative source?

The day that no man knows the day nor hour is a Hebraism for Rosh Hashana. It's referred to in that manner because there is a two day window in which it may fall upon. Comparable would be us referring to Thanksgiving as "Turkey Day".

That already happened, seeing how Paul who wrote that died before the destruction of Jerusalem by the Romans in 70 AD.
I would suggest people work on being right with God (and make the world right and not blowing itself up or something) and not worry about some hypothetical Rapture to take them out of the world.
Everyone who thinks they are a Christian should be peace advocates otherwise they are only fooling themselves. Just leaving the earth to its own destruction was not why Jesus died or what Jesus wants from us.
Remember the Sermon on the mount and "blessed are the peacemakers".
